What's your favorite SNL...

Wild and Crazy Guys. Hell, entire shows when Martin was hosting with the original cast.

I like Walken but never got that skit. Just wasn't funny to me. It's like that damn cat that drove a car. It wasn't funny, it was just odd. Being odd isn't automatically funny. It was the Napoleon Dynamite of SNL skits.

It still makes me laugh, even all these years later. :)

Belushi in any of the Samurai ones.

Two wild and cray guys.

Land sharks.

Any of the ones where Loraine Neuman (spelling?) and Gilda Radner played the little girls.

Coneheads could be entertaining at times, other times not.

The Quarry Rock Cereal commercial with Jane the ignorant slut.

Chevy Chase's take on Gerald Ford.

There's also one skit that I don't recall the main focus of, but it consisted of Garrett Morris being in the little translated for hard-of-hearing bubble on the bottom of the screen (he just repeated it all via yelling, if i recall correctly).

Trying to find Adam Sandler, red hooded sweatshirt, with Paul McCartney in the audience, but cannot!!

They did that during Weekend Update I think. It was hilarious. Morris also did that baseball player that always said "Bas-a-ball been very, very good to me..."

Land Shark and Tim Kazurinsky doing a news report on gonnerhea (I couldn't find a clip).

That too!

My Dad said that line every fucking time we went to a baseball game, haha.

I really need to get off my ass and get those DVD sets.

Most of my memories of them are sketchy because i had to see them when Nickelodeon ran them at night in the mid 80s, and although I was pretty damn young, I was rather impressed.
