I have no idea what that means. One of us needs to go to bed, I think.
The Everglades in Florida are getting wrecked by sugar cane plantations.
I've never even tried it. But that's mostly cause I dislike the sugar packet idea anyways.

When I was very young, my grandma used it and every now and then I'd eat a packet, expecting it to be sweet like sugar, a snitched treat. It was awful, and I'd forget and try again another time.

I'm not a big fan of individual servings of anything, really.

I am way, way too excited by this idea. MYW, may I borrow your halo for a moment? I think I've lost mine.

Me too!!! Did we decide on a name? Did I miss it? I think we should start another thread for this continued discussion?

We have not yet chosen a name, but I think we've got the format down. And we'll be switching to super-secret PMs soon to finalize the details.

I know that feeling all too well....some lessons need to be learned multiple times.

Me neither, which is why I love places that will actually have a serving cup or a bowl of sugar in it. Provided the damn thing can be ensured to be clean.

Raw sugar is a surprisingly effective anti-bacterial. The osmotic pressure desiccates the little fuckers. It's been used successfully to prevent or even eradicate infections in wounds even. A bowl of sugar sitting in a Starbucks is very, very unlikely to have anything nasty lurking in it.

I learned that little tidbit from Shooter. ;)
