Because Jake, at any point and time, you could have ended this. Surely you understand what the GB can be like. Surely you understand that though there are cat fights and cock fights, people take care of one another here. It's like walking into someone's home while they're visiting with friends, ruining their little party and then refusing to leave. Obviously, anyone should feel free to post where they want to post, but you have to consider the social dynamics of a board and proceed at your own risk.

Also, you totally scared me the last time you contacted me. The scenario you presented today was very similar to that experience and my friends were quick to protect me here today. Once it was all sorted out, you continued to respond to each and every post, ensuring that more attacks would follow. And you have yet to do any soul searching as to why women may be put off by your messages and posts. I truly believe that you need to take a long, hard look at your social skills before posting on a forum or trying to meet new people.

And YOUR stupid friends could have ended it ALSO but they STILL have felt the need to attack me. It always takes TWO to tango. I understand you say they were sticking up for you. But do you REALLY think it is okay for someone to make fun of your dead mother even AFTER knowing that the woman is DEAD? Think about that as an outsider for a moment and not within a biased way. Other than that horrific comment by such a popular and well liked poster, I have not been offended today at all. The words have been going back and forth. Attacks have been all over the place. If you think that what I have been saying is wrong, then you should also judge your friends with the same fair and equal consideration.

I still am trying to figure out how a couple of PM messages SCARED you but I have already admitted that it was not the intent. I again repeat that if you look back at today's threads and really read them, you will see at ONE point that I was just trying to respond to each reply (which is my right to do so I may add) without the personal attacks. But even AFTER you and I exchanged messages, and even AFTER you admitted that I have not been harassing you since that unfortunate incident, then your judgemental and rather rude friends felt it was STILL okay to attack me. Do you understand what I am saying? With all due respect (because I know that you are overly sensitive) I am not really interested in your advice. I do thank you for being honest in the threads earlier though and still am happy you have found some friends on Lit.

But they need to look at their own selves too and realize they should take an equal part of the blame as well. I know what you mean about the defensive. That is why once you and I got all that out in the open, and once I tried to calm the situation, they may have considered to back off a little AFTER knowing that I was NOT there to attack YOU.
