I am having canned smoked salmon, pepper Jack cheese and rits cracker. I am drinking Raspberry lemonade.

What is everyone else having?
 
I had lemon marinated sausage with rigatoni in a red wine sauce.
and a can of orange soda :D
 
My granny's making steak. And is probably gonna force me to eat it. I really don't like steak.

well for lunch which was five hours ago, I had a whopper and rings from Burger King. I havent decided what ill be having for dinner, maybe a tuna fish sandwich and chips.
 
Yes I know lunch was about 3 hours ago here. I now have to think of a quick dinner to cook. I don't have meat thawed out. However making spaghitti doesn't really need meat. So I might just have to cook some. I can however pull frozen hamburger out and still have meat in the sauce.

I hate steak- and any other meat that's served as just a hunk of meat. I have to burn it until it's crispy and douse it in steak sauce. I don't really like meat. Here's my man card back.

I HAVE to eat it, because I'm southern and my Granny made it. You don't NOT eat the food your granny made you- she'll bitch you out. And then get really mad. And think you're calling her out for being a bad cook. She knows I don't like meat. I'm pretty much a vagitarian- I only eat meat that people give me for free and bitch about me not eating. Or meat that I've killed myself and know isn't factory farmed. But I still don't like it.
 
Ore-Ida french fries. I was reading a book and french fries are the best book reading hot food. Saltines or Lays Classic chips are the best cold book food.
It's a fact. Look it up.
 
I usually just have something light for lunch, but today I had a bolognese calzone with sauteed peppers, onions and tomato sauce on it. It was very good.

I had nothing for lunch today. I was preoccupied. I will do better tomorrow.

Yeah- I always get grease on my fingers when I eat chips. I don't like chips- because they're greasy. They made baked Doritos and I was like, "FUCKING SHIT!"

Then they were covered in the cheese dust. *sigh*

You know what's really good? Those berry chips with the flying pig on them. I can't find those anywhere anymore.
 
I rarely eat breakfast or lunch, then have a big supper around 5 or 6, and some light mid-rats around 11 pm.
 
I have black cherry muffins for breakfast this week. Next week I'm going to make pistaccio/blueberry muffins. Tomorrow I have to go out for lunch again, maybe I'll have a salad. Dinner is fried rice (homemade).

It's very rare that I eat breakfast at home. Sometimes if I'm out but that's it.
I'm like you in that I'm more of a one big meal and a late snack kind of person.

Why would I bitch about that. If you don't like meat, you don't like meat. My best friend is a vegitarian. I am a Omnivore (okay I am not sure how to spell it). I love meat, veggies, fruit etc
 
Has anyone tried Boar? I have heard its good tasting meat.

For those of you who skip breakfast, don't its the most important meal of the day.
You should skip eating all day either, its not good for you. You should eat a large breakfast. a small lunch and a well ballanced dinner.

Atleast thats what the experts say.
 
That whole breakfast-is-the-most-important-meal-of-the-day stuff does NOT apply to all people.
I have an extremely slow metabolism. Because of this, I don't even eat the recommended 3 meals a day.
I eat incredibly small, nutrition-packed snacks.
Some days I will eat the food I cook for the family, but only ever an amount that will fit into the palm of my hand. No more than that.
If I try to eat breakfast, I throw it up 5 minutes later. I am not anorexic.
My nutritionist told me it's because my stomach simply has not produced the acids required to digest it yet.
I start eating my snacks around 10-30am.
And since I started eating this way, I am finally right in the recommended weight range, just.
I was underweight for a while, then overweight, then underweight again.
All because I was forcing my body to digest food it wasn't ready for - because some 'expert' said YOU MUST EAT BREAKFAST. AND LUNCH. AND DINNER. AND 2 SNACKS INBETWEEN.

Find out what works for YOU, and forget the 'experts'.
