Those shots are from Pokemon. Was kinda THE thing when i was a kid. I started playing when I was about 5 or 6, loved the show, the comics, ect. The guy with the purple hair is James- his wife's the hula dancer named Jessie. Get it? Jesse James? Because that's funny to kids. Anyway- they're in the mob of that world and the mob boss is the naked guy James is massaging while he watches Jess dance. I thought it was funny because when this show first started, the censors at 4-kids were really paranoid about letting anything slip into American audiences that might look gay or adult. They changed their alcohol to grape juice, their "Rocket Gang" to "Team Rocket", refused to translate any episodes where they shot someone, and tried to cover James's bisexuality. Most of the censorship was done really poorly and is a common source of amusement among the fanbase, especially now that we've grown up.

You can use pics of stuff from when you were a kid to. The idea was just to get screencaps or frames that looked funny out of context. What did you guys watch? Some stuff's generation specific, but I tend to think that the DC stuff should be applicable to anyone.

As for my av- the boss usually wears an orange suit. I was going for a "slave/master" bdsm kind of thing.

if you are going for cartoons, mine would be speed racer. i get the Master/slave thing, i just didn't recognize it from anything. gen gap i guess.

For example, I think it's funny Bruce would rather sit home and watch Adam West make a mockery of him, getting drunk and eating what I can only assume is bat-corn there.

Yeah. That's why Dameon's never gonna be a real robin in my book. That's his kid. You're not a real Robin 'till you've slid down the Bat-pole.
 
looks like Link or something like that.. and the other looks like Team Rocket. though they are not from my childhood, My kids like them.
