I am unclear about what Macy's sells

Macy who works the corner at 4th and G st. downtown? I think she offers the full menu of services, but it costs extra for bareback.
 
Macy's is a department store. Most people buy departments there.
 
I'll tell you what they don't sell in SoCal: umbrellas.

I went to Macy's luggage department, asking for one. A manager and a couple of trainees came back about eight minutes later and, with a sheepish grin, told me that they didn't have any.

"You ran out?"

"No, sir. We actually don't carry them."

"...Macy's doesn't sell umbrellas?"

They laughed. "Yeah - apparently in Southern California, we don't."
