I met one guy in Basic Training--otherwise a great guy, a friendly, disciplined soldier with a great attitude--who said "It's just the way I was raised. Other people can believe what they want, but I just think it's wrong."

I kind of felt like poking the hornet's nest today, I guess.

But I also just think that it's a lovely story worth sharing.
