I have to stay for 24 hours, because apparently the venom can be harmful for a while.
Bloods getting taken every 2 hours.
Had a bit of a stoush with the er doc, because I refuse to use a bedpan, so they've allowed me up and about.
Fuck, I hate hospitals :-(

bedpans are dreadful. i tried using one once but couldn't feel safely balanced so refused in the end as i couldn't relax enough to pee!

I had a Lab and a Dalmatian-Australian Shepherd mix.

The spotted one got bit on the nose by a copperhead, so the black one stuck its nose down the same hole to see what all the excitement was about and got bit too.

The next Spring, they went through the same damned routine, only with their right paws...
