I was just discussing this with someone last night! Men, I'm so very sorry, but for me personally, a tight ball sack is one of the biggest turn-offs in the world. Scrotums will change depending on the temperature. When it's cold they shrink to pull the balls closer to the body to keep them warm. In hot weather they let the balls down to keep them cool.

I really have to vote for "tight".

One thing I've discovered is that if you cover a scrotum that's pulled in close with your (hopefully warm) hand, you can feel the skin expand and contract as you warm it up. It's more neat than anything, but for me there is some level of empowerment fantasy in it. Or maybe its just the act of having the boy "by the nuts".

Agreed... not a turn on when they're all shriveled up. Even though there's nothing we can do about it, I would thing just the sight of larger "hangey-downs", as my girlfriend calls them, would be a bigger turn-on for women (and men who are into that kind of thing). I think this has a lot to do with the fact that larger balls are indicative of higher testosterone in men. Obviously this is a subconscious assessment, but a lot of the reasoning behind our sexual preferences is. Just a thought...
