lol....yeah, I guess that's what I was going for! :D

I am doing a 30 day exercise challenge... I'm in 6 days already and I LOVE it...well...5 with the exercise, but 6 with no alcohol... I see some really good changes..and was pleasantly surprised with my reflection in a changing room mirror...

Yes. I stopped drinking wine. I am trying hard not to eat chips..

I have started a 30 day exercise challenge ~ on Day 7. I feel wonderful. I've lost a bit of weight and am seeing results faster...On Jan 2, I started the exercise. First was a fit test.... do these for 50 seconds with 10 seconds rest.

Squat Jump

Push Ups

Burpees

High Knees

Switch Lunges

Tuck Jumps

Straight Abs

... I did it again yesterday and everything increased by 2-10 reps.

I also did the second day: again 50 seconds work/10 seconds rest:
10 x High Knees & 10 x Mountain Climbers

2 x Squat Jumps & 2 x Push-ups & 1 x Tuck Jumps

Centre to Elbow Jump (L&R) & 2 x leg jumps

Clean & Press & Squat & Press & Push Up

Tuck Jumps x 5 & ½ Burpee & squat hold x 5

Spider Knee Push up & Straight Leg Push Up (L&R)

Switch Lunge & Press

Side Lunge x 2 & L & R Side Punch & 2 Tuck Jumps

10 x Squat & 10 x Squat Jumps

Elbow to Knee jumps 10 x each side

Wide leg jumps & Push up

Speed run

----
and again my reps increased.

I love it.. lol..
 
Damn. Good luck with that. I think I'd die if I tried that .:) Is that one of those programs I see on TV?
