I love older men

She's absolutely right.

The crap that people put in their mouths just because they find it in a "grocery" store is disgusting. It is not food. It is a mix of highly refined (dead of all nutrients) former food items mixed with chemicals and delivered in fancy packaging. It is not food. Our bodies require real food to stay healthy. The explosion of obesity and diabetes and heart disease and cancer all traces back to the crap you put in your mouth.

Oh, and walking to the fridge at halftime for a diet coke does not count as exercise.

A few years back I was starting to feel like absolute crap, 24/7. By around 50, most people I know start to suffer the consequences of lifestyle, it simply catches up with you. Instinctively I knew.. this is diet related. I hit the gym, and began to modify my diet, but it took quite some time to realise just HOW out of whack my diet had become.

Like, I often smile wryly to myself when certain people plopping along on a treadmill (you can spot them, they are trying, but never really get results), and somehow we get chatting about diet. They'll say something like, "Can't believe I used to eat baon, eggs and sausages every morning for breakfast. I'd have never thought I'd be eating... [substitute.. some cereal]." And I kinda think, Jesus, what they'e eating now might LOOK healthier than fry-ups, but it's basically processed shit with bucketloads of sugar added. They've kinda made a step from a diabolical diet to a really crappy one. It's endemic in society, people simply don't realise what a normal diet is.

Same way, at a point where my diet had become quite healthy I also suddenly wondered, "I have never once in my life had a clue what the my calorie intake is, nor what the make-up is, of what I am eating. So one night I quite carefully calculated the calorie and fat/carb/protein ratio of a typical fortnight's diet. By a total fluke it was almost pefect. But I realised.. "What the fuck was it a year or two ago???!!!!" I shudder to think. Now, I've never been a really big guy, in that no one would have looked and thought, wow he is overweight. But I was astonished to drop from 91 kg to 75kg. I would NEVER have guessed that was how far out of whack I'd become.

What I'm saying is.. ignorance of our own health and what we're eating is like a slowly developing cancer... we just don't even see how fucked up we've become until it really starts to affect us. And I'd implore younger people.. unless there is some genuine reason you can't do it... address diet and start exercising NOW. Because what you're getting away with at 30, you will not get away with in a decade or two's time.

In terms of body types, I don't judge people on that basis. And I really sympathise with people with ongoing health problems who can't live a full lifestyle. I kinda count my blessings everyday while my health is OK. And I don't really have some mental image of women with an "ideal" body type. It's partly genetic, and some women can look really hot with a bigger build.

BUT.. when people who are grossly overweight snicker and deride people who are into exercise (I encounter that a lot) as though it is some weird obsession.. I have no time for them. In my opinion they are lazy slobs. Full stop.

They also are totally ignorant of the fact that feeling some serious pain in a gym to me is not hell, it is the next best thing to an orgasm. I fucking love it. After an hour-long non-stop boxing session I am floating on an endorphin high that is like.. "Whoooah!" Non-stop press-ups, punching, crunches.. on and on is in one sense is pain. But that hour of pain makes the other 23 hours quality.

All I'm saying is, it's worth addressing this stuff to the extent that we're able. Incidentally, aprt from health issues... is it partly "ego" or "vanity". Of course it is. Preferring man-boobs to pectoral muscles is in my opinion fucking strange.

Thank You, Sir, for a well-written thoughtful post. It's moments like this that I totally understand why I like older men.

Mmm
you sir are just trying to butter me up
so I will go on the run with you

Don't think Ive forgotten ;)

Seriously.........you are one amazing girl........."Bonnie"......

40-59... There's something about a strong, handsome, mature man running his strong, calloused, rough hands over my body, and me pressing myself against his strong, firm chest. Older men also seem to have larger, thicker, and heavier cocks than younger men; but that's just me talking.

I think it takes a while for them to fill out...like with their shoulders...

I cannot wait until I qualify as an older man. Somehow, I don't think 30 quite cuts it ...

you have the confidence...you can say the dirtiest things and somehow have an undercurrent of respect...personally that's the important sort of things...

This is all I want ;)

Well Im an older man, I would love a younger female and help her to achieve her full sexual potential. To tell me about her fantasies, so I can fullfill them.:)

Old is good -- if nothing else it's harder to remember the parts that annoy you.

But how old is 15 to 20 years older than you?

Ah, I forgot that I had a profile to add information to.

I'm mid-40s. I'm not looking as much as I once was, so I should probably revise that statement. I might be looking as much as 10 years older.
