you can host them on a site.

i use Lakecityquietpills.com

you have to sign up and there is an option to make them private. although, i don't think it works.

I am gonna be very honest
If you upload your photos here
every man who sees it, and likes it
is going to d/l it to their computer

And most likely
at least a few of them
will upload it or blog it
somewhere else...

Ive had it happen to me ..
So while Lit does give you a feeling of
privacy and community

It is still very much an open market...

Agreed. Hopefully when / if anything is shared, it is shared in the same way as the pics on this thread. By someone who thought the pic was beautiful enough to share with people who would love to see it.

On that note though.. I deleted my pic again. lol

When I started here on Lit I used to have my face as an avatar. then I got a comment by PM from someone who I came to find out lived too close to me for my liking. Anyway, I deleted it. I wanted to post a photo of my face again on this thread (clothed, and everything. Just so people could link the person to a face. Something like I'd post on facebook or wherever) but when/if I do it, I'll do it like you do with yours. Just for a little while and then take it down.
 
Plus, there are websites like google and tineye.com that do reverse photo lookups. You can search for your own images and see if they are being used anywhere with out your consent. (Or check to make sure someone isn't sharing someone elses photos as being them.)

like i always tell people, just don't take pics of your face AND "other" things on the same photo.
