*Note: 58,000 civilian contractors the Army had to hire to do the tasks it lacked the personnel to do, due to previous cuts in the defense budget made by President Clinton. Whatever figure the Army ends up with, you can figure about 25% of that number to be actual trigger pullers, pretty pitiful. The Generals know it too.

Less than that...when we invaded we were told combat MOS's made up less than 15% all together with Infantry/Cav at less than 3% of the entire army.

That figure I used is from an official Army study. It wouldn't surprise me if it were less. When I was in the Corps, I heard of T3Rs (tooth to tail ratio) as high as 7 to 1 in the overall ground force.

Oh I'm sure it's a little bigger now, when I herd that the war had just started, after the invasion we came back to tons of new shit bag's coming out of basic.
