Love in Literotica --- possible?

Yes you can find love here.

I did.

Then KRC got court order baring me from entering Ohio.

Bitch.

Cheyenne and Patient1: married at least five years. Though they don't post much anymore.

QuickDuck and his missus (I forget her screen name now). He moved to California from Oz and they have a beautiful baby daughter.

Angeline and her guy (again, I can't remember all the screen names).

And Modest Mouse and Lavender...how could I forget them!

The girl in Omaha who keeps the "Cemetery" thread going most of the time and OmahaMan (I think his name was, though I never interacted with him).

I'll keep adding as I think of them.

Of course it's possible, sweetie

That is....as long as you define "love" as the salivating of sexually frustrated men who continually request pictures of your tits, ass, and vag while sending you grammatically incorrect messages about what they'd like to attempt to do to you while hiding behind a fake avatar that bears little or no resemblance to their actual appearance.

Happy New Year.

No one has ever corrected my spelling in the throws of passion...ever. There's a time and place.

It has happened. More than a few times here on the GB. Most likely on a few of the other boards here at lit as well. Some lead to marriage.

Connecting with someone can happen anywhere. Why not here? Try opening yourself to the possibilities. What do you really fear? And what do you have to lose?

There's no place for cynicism on New Year's Eve. Tsk, tsk.

(Though I will admit that my avatar does not accurately reflect my real-life appearance, I don't even have a dog, much less a horse.)

Yeah, I've heard that happens. Everybody who comes to Lit has their own reason and if you pay enough attention to someone, you'll find out what it is.

I've know several couples who met on Lit and later face to face. A few still post occasionally, but most simply vanish from the board. Once one finds what they want, it's best to stop looking for it.

Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't, which is the best we can ask from life.

Yes, like Kotori said, I met eagleyez on the poetry forum here in October 2003. We lived over 1,000 miles apart then. From the beginning we were both adament that we wanted a real relationship. In April 2004 we met face to face and we've been together ever since. And yes, we still really love each other. It doesn't happen often imho, but it can.

Happy 2012 all you Litsters! (I have a horrible cold so I'll be home and likely asleep before midnight. Oh well...)

PS The other couple Kotori mentioned that I know of are Omaha Man and Jenny Oman Hill.

You and eagleyez have always been such inspiration for me.

There are several others as well, and it is ticking me off no end that I am blanking on usernames.

Feel better, Lovely One. :rose:

Thanks gf, we are very well suited, he and I. The first time we ever talked it was almost scary how much we had in common. I think we've lasted not only because of the love but because we can always communicate with each other (but we also know when to stfu).

Hope all good things come to you in 2012. xo (germ free cyber kisses)

Thank you, my sweet friend, for both the warm wishes and the germ-free smooches. Back atcha, of course.

I think, in the end, it's the communication even over the things in common.

Good to see you, Ange.

Wasn't that Zilla girl with some Coastal boy? ;)

And who could forget More Wicked Fun with SeanH?

Or MoreWickedFun and Hotguy whom she's married to now. And I'm spending New Years at the house of a couple who met via Lit.

Who the heck are you talking about? Aparently we haven't met. I am somewhat baffled about how many women on here complain about the advances of guys they don't know, when the same ladies that are complaining are posting sexually inticing posts. Of course they are going to be pursued whether or not they are even worth the effort.....Oh yeah and I have heard about this strange aphrodisiac, good spelling and puntuation, weird.

1. Not you

2. You're right, we haven't

And I'm not talking about an introductory PM or three. I've met a few really nice men here, so you needn't get defensive and assume I'm speaking of you.
