Mmmm... candy!! Walnut fudge - yeah baby!

I made two of my pecan cashew pies yesterday and one pooped in the oven. Now I have a mess to clean up today even though there was a flat cookie sheet under the pie tin. Its not as pretty as the other with its volcanic edge so OH DARN my daughter and I had to go ahead and have some of it last night. Mistakes can be awesome!
