When you tie up the phone lines and cost him money you are a douche. Servicing customers does not mean they are at your "bidding". When I was a kid working at the local pizza parlor we had a guy do this every Thursday night. I told him to get his order together and call back and then hung up. There are more costumers than just you. To answer your question, YES I get paid more. The faster I take orders, the faster we get the food out the door and the more tips we make. Comprende?
