I didn't think that I would also have to add "plastic" and/or "candy" to the list of materials they won't be made out of ..but you went there. :rolleyes:

Mine will be made from rosewood and crushed mother of pearl, his is to be made from teak!

A few reasons... I've never liked wearing metal jewelry, I don't appreciate the overly commercialized wedding industry, the status symbol of gems, nor the methods used to extract them from the earth. I also like the symbolism of trees (and their growth) more than metal and stone. Luckily, I found a guy that's on the same page. :)

"Lurking" always sounds much more sneaky than what I am usually capable of.. But it's lovely to see you as well! I'll make a point to swing by your thread when I get back from my weekend adventure! xo
