How old are your cars and/or trucks?

Ford Motors said in a conference call to investment funds this month that low interest rates, relatively low gas prices and the fact that the average car owned by Americans is a near-record 10.6 years old (compared to historical average of 7 years) means they are expecting to sell quite a lot of new cars in 2012.

GM agrees, estimating they will sell 13 million cars total in 2011 and 14 million in 2012.

I drive a 2006 model and I'm ready to trade mine in.

I drive an '87 and Mrs t drives an '04. There's no reason for us to change out for new.

We don't do new cars.
All of our drives are officially classics - we're collectors.

My car is a 2000 and I plan on driving it until BOOM.

I have a 1991 pick up with 60,000 km on it. I'll trade it in in the spring because I want a slightly different model.

The average age of my vehicles is 21 years. I'll buy a 21st century car when they have all the bugs worked out.

you are gonna buy juan or two Volts just to help the NIGGAH!

Mine's a '97. I wouldn't mind having something more new, but I REALLY dig not having a payment.

I had a 72 Cutlass ....till my bro flipped it endover

We did too until our son totalled it. You realize how hard it is to total a '72 Cutlass?

We have a 2003 Honda, a 1987 Jeep Cherokee and a 2010 Subaru Outback. So on average 7.6 years...
