Crazy ain't it?! Its like an intersection where multiple accidents have to occur before they finally decide to put in a signal light. These guys do their job wrong a few times which then promotes a "potential" but not definite change in policy.

FARK-style PhotoShop jobs on pix made into memes are nothing new, but the best ones come from crisp, clear, iconic, blink-and-you-miss-it once in a lifetime shots. That was one of them.
A fat cop with a stereotypical moustache in riot gear and pepper spray in action? You couldn't stage that shit in a studio on the best day with Helmut Newton behind the lens. It was writing itself the minute it was taken.
