LOL - I've heard many a guy say that, yet we women who have these boobs don't lay in bed all day playing with them. (Do we? hee hee)

Fortunately, I don't have upper back problems due to my breast size, but one reason why I would rather not do anything surgical to my breasts is because I'd worry it would reduce the sensation forever more. And that would be a sad, bad thing :(
