Nominations:

Cowboys/Tony Homo collapse versus Lions

Eagles drop to 1-3

Ravens D dominates Jets and Sanchez

What else:confused:

Suicide pools in week 4 being decimated by NeoFL-parity.

Face it. Fandom isn't good enough this year - the year that fantasy distractions have been served-up like Krispy Cremes. Wes Welker is a pointsmonster. Ben, again a dud. Peyton a distant looming Tiger and Sproles a lost/found gem.

The story of the week is that the story of the week more resembles Moneyball than it does this morning's sports page. The games were yesterday...(tonight). The dealings you can play to ponder, wage today. The whole way we look at the NFL has fundamentally changed in the past year:

Through a favorably ended work action about numbers...to
A whirlwind Free Agency about numbers... to
Getting down to a 53 and the anticipation of their first day of work... to
A blitz of scoring! to...
The overs and unders and spreads and excuses...

I can plug in, with a personal thumbprint, on any of number of stories this week that have nothing to do with Detroit.

I've got action, you see, on the side bets.

Despite the lose of Britt, my fantasy team decimating my opponent by over 60 points as Rodgers, Forte, Wells lead the way!

Going 8 out of 10 in my pro/college bets against the spread.

80% ag the spread?? What is the 1-900 number?!?;)

Redskins are 3-1, entering the bye week, healthy.....playing a desperate Eagles team that could lose to Buffalo

Remember, TMZ posted video/pix of when he took her shopping at a ritzy L.A. area just days after his knee supposedly got injured during a CRUCIAL NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME last season.

You know, the one where he sat on the bench all by himself because da Bears were disgusted with him for calling it quits so soon.

I think Cutler's worst moment came last year in the 4 INT game when he was asked post game if he would have made an different decisions and he said "No I'd do it the same again." REALLY!?!?!

rare week.... I am in a pool with 65 people. Every week you pick 10 games against the spread (college or pro). Cost to get in is $1,000. I have been in this 6 years and never won...this is my year! ( there are weekly pay outs and last week I got my buy in back)

In a very similar one but its college only. Ours also pays a weekly winner and then remainder of pot to top few finishers cumulative for season. I have won weekly but never the season. Its nice to be playing on house money! Congrats.;)

I'm liking the Eagles chances this week but you are right. How wild is it they are 1-3 and Skins are 3-1?

Shaping up to be pretty interesting year -- good thing cause not looking like NBA is gonna be around for a while! ha

I love sitting back and seeing self destruction...if the NBA cannot get its act together, they will realize the hard way that people will move on. NBA aint the NFL....I was ready for round two of Lebron and the Heat....

Now that the owners have made some concessions on the revenue sharing and soft salary cap issues, it looks like the players are just being greedy.

I havent watch the news in over a week...I have no idea what is going on.

It's all on YOU, David Nelson

Houston's WR Andre Johnson not getting touched but falling down with an injury making me scramble for replacements in all 3 of my leagues.

David Nelson or Sidney Rice
Plaxico Burress or David Nelson
David Nelson or Pierre Garcon

Gee, thanks a fucking lot, Andre!

I would go with Sidney Rice and Pierre Garcon but you should never take advice from me.

I am going with Pierre Garcon (the Haitian Sensation) not because of his stellar performance recently despite their loss, but because I like how that dopey Purdue boy QB Painter seems to connect with him. It's the Chiefs that the Colts play against. I'm not asking for much and it'll be nice to finally root for a Colts player this season (fantasy-wise).

I got killed last week when Henne went out and got me no points.

He was on my fantasy team last year and did nothing. The guy couldn't catch a ball if he had velcro on his hands.
He is catching some from Painter but he's also dropping them as usual, too. I wouldn't get too confident with him.

Sorry for that but Chad Henne? You couldn't scrape up Kyle Orton or even Mark Sanchez the Interception/Hot Dog Guy in your league?

Hot Dog guy I call him because while Masterminded QBs like Peyton Manning go 3 and out and then scour the playbooks, guys like Mark Sanchez go off to the bench and eat fucking hotdogs. Google it.
