It's actually a shame that this thread has devolved into this.
At this point, little can be won on either side. Those against Brat will not forgive her. Those FOR Brat will fight to the death. That leaves both sides lacking and looking bad.
May I propose a truce? No one here will agree with the other side. All we can do at this point is agree to disagree. The name calling and fighting only serves to tear us apart. We all are Playgrounders, and I think many would say that we have friends on both sides.
Whether or not Brat intended her actions to cause this is immaterial. Ultimately, the decision was made by the Mods. I know many people liked the threads, but all the gnashing of teeth in the world will not bring them back. In fact, I'm not even sure they CAN be brought back. (Depends on how they were removed)
A lot of work was wiped out, but it was built up once, it can be done again. But I'd suggest you be mindful of the rules. It is inevitable that now that this has happened, the Mods will probably enforce the rules more tightly for a bit. No point in starting threads again only to have them nuked so soon.
Again, it doesn't matter on which side of the issue you fall. Fighting and name calling tarnishes your side. At this point, no one can claim victory. Let's end it before it gets any worse.
