Bathhouse etiquette?

I am thinking about going to a local bathhouse. I have never been to one and i wondered what the etiquette is, how do you approach someone or how can I expect to be approached? I think I am going to be pretty damn nervous.

Hi Bobby here 52 yo bi married male. Love going to bathhouses. There is one that I go to reguarly here in Houston. I find that in the back room play area guys will line against the wall with towels around their waste, I and others will casually rub the crotch area and if I get response we go to a play area and have fun.There are times I will have my hand pushed away so I will walk away.

Being an older guy sometimes the younger guys do not want anything to do with me. Their loss! I also find that sometimes when I find someone to play with others want to join in but that is not my scene, a shake of my head to say no gets the point across.

This bathhouse has small rooms that you can rent and if you leave the door open and you lay on the small bed that is an invitation for some fun.

Everyone is different, and most have posted rules. If you ask the attendant (money taker), they will usually be happy to talk to you about the place (unless there is a line behind you). But some things are universal: No means no. Take lots of condoms, lube, whatever floats your boat. Some allow cigarette smoking and alcohol, some don't. Good luck. Don't forget that most of these places are magnets for desease, so be careful.

I'm in San Antonio but I've heard much of the Houston bathhouses. We have one her in SA but it is somewhat run down. If I go to Houston would you accompany me or meet up with me?
