I'm typing this on a MacBook. It's as if the Statue of Liberty suddenly wound up in Pocatello, Idaho, next to Mac McCreary's Mom's house. What a career Jobs has had. Best wishes to an extraordinary figure for every success in all his future endeavors.

Hey! What are you saying about Pokey???? It's the Smile Capital of the World!

I didn't see this headline, but isn't Jobs sick? I know there's been speculation.

Well... it's not that surprising, given his ongoing struggles with cancer. I hope this isn't a sign that the cancer is winning. :(

This does not bode well for Steve Jobs. His decision to resign, in light of pancreatic cancer and a liver transplant, signals a serious health crisis.

Steve Jobs is Apple. Apple is Steve Jobs. There is no way Apple will stay the same company it is today. It's simply not possible. After hours trading pushed Apple stock down 5%. A relatively meek reaction, considering.

I hope Steve pulls through. A more unique visionary has yet to be forged.

Serenissima Syd, the remark was intentional; to get your attention. There was speculation for a couple of years about Steve Jobs' health. He had had liver cancer, it was said, but had recovered. I too hope this doesn't mean the cancer is winning.

Probably not too much longer to go, by the looks of things. Visionary indeed...
