Username change

Greetings, Cafe denizens. I just thought I'd let people know I've changed username from Sugared_Insomnia to notalwaysweak, in case anyone was wondering. I wouldn't want anyone thinking there was a stranger in the subbie pillow fort!

It was very kind of Laurel to let me change usernames. notalwaysweak is what I go by pretty much everywhere online, and I've gotten to a place in my life where I feel comfortable with posting under that name here rather than hiding behind a pseudonym, because I don't see any part of my sexuality as a secret any more.

Anyway, just thought I'd let people know! *sets out plates with cupcakes and muffins in case anyone wants to stay and chat*

Ditto that and congrats on being at a place in your life where your sexuality isn't hidden. I doubt I can ever be there due to my chosen profession; but I admire people who can. Best of luck to you.

Thanks! I'm guessing quite a few people here will know where it comes from. I was surprised it wasn't taken everywhere, to be honest.

I work in a call centre. If my co-workers are bored enough to go hunting for me, they might be able to find me... and I figure that's their own problem

How's the insomnia?

Sadly, still present. Last night I was awake for two hours before I fell asleep, and then woke up every hour on the hour.

Kill the grandfather clock. Problem solved.


TBH, we had *FIVE* grandfather clocks (and a grandmother clock) when I was a teen, that we brought back from Europe with us. Once the clock repair guy got through with them and they all worked, I had a little trouble sleeping the first couple of nights, when they'd all chime within a minute or two of each other, but after that, I didn't hear them at night, and hardly heard them even when I was awake.

The AV is a few years out of date by now. I should do some new photos, especially considering that Target have finally realised that plus-sized women would like to wear bras that aren't beige and scaffolded.

I bought my first bra from Lane Briant last week. I'm very happy. White for work, black pokadot for fun.
