If you have the choice between two books that are used in school, one costs $100/student and another costs $200/student. The kids who use the cheaper book graduate at a rate of 60% and have an average wage of $45,000/year. The students that were "privileged" to use the more expensive book graduate at 85% and have an average wage of $60,000/year. Those that used the cheaper book were incarcerated at a rate of 11% and those that used the expensive book was incarcerated at a rate of 4%...using which book is better for America?

I would view this policy as an attempt to break the cycle. A cycle that has huge social costs, think of it as a form of saving.

Divorced Bitches should have been better to their men so they wouldn't be divorced - so those women shouldn't get much in the way of child support - perhaps $20 a month.
