Cokie Roberts Blames Credit Downgrade on Constitution

The liberal establishment media’s propaganda campaign against the Constitution took a plunge into clinical insanity Sunday when ABC’s Cokie Roberts blamed it for the credit downgrade, which in actuality was caused by the runaway government the Constitution was designed to restrain.

“…the problem that we have here is the Constitution of the United States of America which actually does require people to come together from different perspectives whether it’s divided government or not.”

Apparently we’re supposed to believe that if it weren’t for checks and balances, Democrats could officially set the debt limit at infinity, and no one would care whether the government could pay its bills because it would never be maxed out.

Actually, it’s because of divided government that the crisis isn’t even worse. According to the Cato Institute, government spending over the past 50 years has increased by 1.73% annually when Washington was divided between parties, and 5.26% when a single party was in control.

But for liberal establishmentarians like Cokie, reining in government spending before it destroys our civilization isn’t the goal or even desirable; their entire purpose is to maximize that government’s power. This is why they are doing whatever they can to hurry us toward the coming collapse, which according to the book of Cloward-Piven in liberal scripture will usher in true oligarchical collectivism.

It's a non-accredited "institute of higher learning". They will issue you a certificate of completion and everything.. For the low, low cost of just $95.
