i have shredded my arms jumping ( reality hauling myself) over pebble-dashed walls but as i managed to get up and over said walls i am very happy.

i wasn't as sore as i expected the next day which was pleasing after 6 week absence due to separating my AC joint and i thing my upper body strength is returning judging from today's class so i am very happy
