We had to say good-bye

I know how you might be feeling right now. And it may not be a lot of consolation right at the moment but, ten years later, my last cat (1985-2001) still visits a couple of times a week in my dreams. They don’t really leave.

Oh, yes. It's going to be hard to remember she's no longer here, sleeping in this or that corner. :(

My condolences. :rose::rose::rose: It's always hard to lose a close family member. :rose::rose::rose:
True that. When an affectionate creature is part of a household for that long, and/or you've just been through so much with them and they with you, it becomes well-nigh impossible to think that all you're saying good-bye to is a pet. It really is a member of the family.

Sometimes more loving than family. My condolences.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My condolences. **hugs**
Eleven years ago while I was in grad school my Parents had to put down a family dog of thirteen years due to cancer and the best goodbye I was able to give was over the phone as I had no way of getting home to be there. It was awful. :(

Condolences, 3. They take a little piece of your heart when they go and you never forget them. :rose:

My condolences, it always hurts to lose one of companions, but it helps when you remember all the good times.
