Hi VanGough :) ... Welcome

We have moved on from cocks to favourite music. Lorraine introduced us to Rick Martin and a band called Camel. Who is your all time favourite band VanGogh?? Are you familiar with or a member of You Tube? :)

Hiya Sienna

My musical tastes all over. I listen to pretty much everything except rap and heavy metal. So I don't really have a favorite.

I am familiar with youtube of course and I think I have a sign-in name there but not sure when was the last time I checked it out.

Lorraine...

Listening to the band Camel. I would like your opinion on a huge favourite track of mine, sometimes played when I'm relaxing ;) on my own. Love the climax at the end :)

Now with rap I tend to agree but heavy metal? Hey come on I have vinyl records which contradict your statement.

I agree that a lot of it is hard for the head to swallow but that is true of all musical genres.

When the classics shine through and stand the test of time then you begin to wonder why one was so retiscent at the time to accept the songs for what they were :)

OK, you got me. There are some songs I enjoy that would fit in that category but I don't actively go looking for those to listen to.

It is Camel music without any doubt, WOW :)

Here is Camel on the Old Grey Whistle Test in the early 80's. Listen and decide for yourself.

OK, let me tell you something about Scoots... my Goth friend when she was younger, now a confirmed true Goth and lesbian in every way. We used to label her an "emo" because she liked heavy rock and music just like Camel you are showing now. I listened to it also with her, but they were modern rock bands hardly ever heard of. A lot of it exists in a form of modern "alternative" music today.

What you loved back in the 8o's my love is still around :)

Great!

Except that I'm not a lesbian (I'm sapphic) nor am I a Goth or an emo.

I just love music :)

Check out this You Tube members channel...

OK, quite a lot of Goth Metal, but... there is some music you might be into.

I think you ARE a "mature goth" my love ;)

Continuing with tonight's subject of cocks...

Now, this is the type of pic that really does turn me on. It's like a Christmas present all wrapped up and you know there are goodies inside but you can't wait to rip the wrapping off ;)

Sadly though, these types of pics are so rare on the net that I wonder if I'm alone in this fantasy?

Lorraine, can I assume that is one of the condoms marked "small" that Reagan sent to Russia in the '80's...........

Ref your Sig where do gay males link in, and do C section males wanna stick it in your belly button? Just a thought

I have a friend who is gay, he's tall dark and handsome and yes attractive to us women.
I was on a business trip with him once in Dublin and late in the evening after a nice meal and a bottle of wine I decided to call his bluff.
It actually hurts for a girl to be rejected by a man because you begin to think "Am I unnattractive?"

But from that encounter came respect, an understanding of boundaries and we are still friends to this day :)

This is all the information links Shen had sent to me:

Goth Q & A

Official BBC Guide to Goth

Gothic fiction (sometimes referred to as Gothic horror) is a genre of literature that combines elements of both horror and romance. As a genre, it is generally believed to have been invented by the English author Horace Walpole, with his 1764 novel The Castle of Otranto. The effect of Gothic fiction feeds on a pleasing sort of terror, an extension of Romantic literary pleasures that were relatively new at the time of Walpole's novel. Melodrama and parody (including self-parody) were other long-standing features of the Gothic initiated by Walpole. Gothic literature is intimately associated with the Gothic Revival architecture of the same era. In a way similar to the gothic revivalists' rejection of the clarity and rationalism of the neoclassical style of the Enlightened Establishment, the literary Gothic embodies an appreciation of the joys of extreme emotion, the thrills of fearfulness and awe inherent in the sublime, and a quest for atmosphere.

I think it is best if Shen himself answered questions once he hopefully joins LITEROTICA. He does write romantic horror fiction which should be interesting. From what I gather from his communications being Goth is subcultural and a lot of fashion ideas are based around Walpole's era :)

Gothic, heavy metal and Alice Cooper with a message we all wanted hear in our youths....

Schools Out For Summer

So, from that video, can Alice Cooper be a kind of Goth? Maybe he is? ;) Take into regard that Gothic subculture is now over 30 years old. And, at the Gothic meeting I attended there were men and women in their fifties, possibly even their sixties ?? :)

Gothic makeup guide

There are lots and lots of types of gothic makeup to choose from. You need to look around for what works best for you, as done well it can look fantastic, but done badly it can look awkward and stupid. In younger times thickly applied and crudely done may seem like the best way to go, but as time passes you should learn to take your Gothness to the next level.
