That's really kind.... but I don't "run" anymore... I just found it to be a bit boring and hurts my throat...What I have been doing is High Knees before, during and after my workouts.
I try to get in at least 20 minutes of it. 140 high knees at a time for about 1 minute... so I do say, 5 minutes of it, then some type of strength training, either upper or lower body, then 5 minutes, then another set of strength, then 5 minutes, etc...etc... In total I try (TRY) to get 20minutes of high knees (cardio) and at least 40 minutes of strength training.
Sounds like some good functional fitness. CrossFit much? (You've got me talking fitness, now I may never get to those photos! hah)
