Anytime running is involved, yes it is.

well.. I may be wearing them, but I won't be running! :D

I probably will do just an overall workout today...

But..you know you have to tell us what's covering your ass...Rules are Rules!
 
It's one of those perfect days today.

71 Deg. F., blue skies and I might even go skinny dipping.

well, I think it is supposed to go up to 85... isn't 71 still a little too chilly for that?

:) That's really kind.... but I don't "run" anymore... I just found it to be a bit boring and hurts my throat...What I have been doing is High Knees before, during and after my workouts.

I try to get in at least 20 minutes of it. 140 high knees at a time for about 1 minute... so I do say, 5 minutes of it, then some type of strength training, either upper or lower body, then 5 minutes, then another set of strength, then 5 minutes, etc...etc... In total I try (TRY) to get 20minutes of high knees (cardio) and at least 40 minutes of strength training.

Oh, it is!

well.. shoulders and back are what I find sexy.. so.. anything that shows that is fun!
