I don't think I mentioned this, but Daddy and I got back together at the end of October. It's been slow going, but in June I started to feel owned again.

There is a runaway sippy cup somewhere in my house. I can't find it for the life of me. I'm scared! (Anyone who has kids should know the potential for grossness that exists there...)

First the birds stole the seeds I was planting.
Then the little sparrow types started stealing pieces of the planter.
Next a pair of doves started mating near the basket.
Today I've noticed those doves playing in the center of the basket, so I went and had a looksee and noticed the makings of a nest!
I'm not sure if I should tollerate this or not. On the one hand I am afraid of them getting too comfy around my peas. But on the other hand, I'm kind of excited to see the life circle play out.

So far they haven't shown any interest in my peas, which is why I've allowed them to hand out this long.
I'm just not sure it will stay that way.

My birthday was subdued but fun. I spent the morning and afternoon writing and then Sweetie took me out for dinner, (I wore a dress!!!). However my tummy decided it wanted to stage a coup and so we had to leave before dessert...before the intestinal battle got ugly.
But he rented me a Jason Statham movie and rubbed my feet for two hours to make up for the missed dessert. He's the best!
