Absolutely. The more the merrier. I'm pretty sure the heating's been turned off here (as an incentive to head to bed, I'm sure), so more extreme measures might need to be taken.

Well, that's a risk we might just have to take. I don't think stoppering it would do us much good, depending on the volatility of the contents. Sometimes, things should just be alllowed to spill over, if necessary. Besides, I'm pretty sure I could find somewhere that's actually designed to be spilled onto. Some surfaces are just made that way.
