Hi everyone, I going out on date night and decide to wear a tight white skirt. Should I wear panty or no panty with it.

That is an easy one. If you are wearing a slip, then by all means go without panties. You may need to wear panty hose so you can use a pad.

If you are not wearing a slip, you can still go without panties, just remember the pad, it could be devastating without one..... especially if this is a first date with him.
