Psycho-Babbling Obama

Adding yet another layer of uncertainty regarding Barack Obama’s actual role in the successful killing of Osama Bin Laden is the now breaking news that the president had to be taken off the golf course in order to attend a meeting by the military officials responsible for both creating and implimenting the actual plan to take Osama Bin Laden out.

It is also well known that the president spent the previous evening telling jokes and lambasting his political opponents at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner.
Video of President Obama laughing at an Osama Bin Laden joke the night before American military killed the Al Qaeda leader.
Joke begins at the 30 second mark:

What to make of Obama's open laughter given "the months-in-the-making plan" to take out Osama was just hours from being implemented.

Obama's free laughter would indicate a man "not in the loop" as it were regarding the impending OBL military plan.

It will be spun otherwise of course by the mainstream media, but the laughter here, the golfing the next day -
this president was not an integral part of the killing of OBL.

Washington Insider said:
"Intel disgusted over politics over national security.
Staff resigned/left. Check timeline to corroborate."

Washington (CNN) –

The president's top intelligence adviser, Director of National Intelligence Dennis C. Blair, has announced his resignation, effective Friday.

Blair, a retired four-star Navy admiral, has served in the post since January 29, 2009. His office oversees 17 federal agencies of the U.S. "intelligence community," including the CIA, the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.

A leak this big in the WH would have been plugged a long time ago.

White House Insider: Obama Hesitated – Panetta Issued Order to Kill Osama Bin Laden

"What Valerie Jarrett, and the president, did not know is that Leon Panetta had already initiated a program that reported to him –and only him, involving a covert on the ground attack against the compound."

Note:
This update comes some 24 hours after our longtime Washington D.C. Insider first outlined shocking details of an Obama administration having been “overruled” by senior military and intelligence officials leading up to the successful attack against terrorist Osama Bin Laden. What follows is further clarification of Insider’s insights surrounding that event.

Q: You stated that President Obama was “overruled” by military/intelligence officials regarding the decision to send in military specialists into the Osama Bin Laden compound. Was that accurate?

A: I was told – in these exact terms, “we overruled him.” (Obama) I have since followed up and received further details on exactly what that meant, as well as the specifics of how Leon Panetta worked around the president’s “persistent hesitation to act.” There appears NOT to have been an outright overruling of any specific position by President Obama, simply because there was no specific position from the president to do so. President Obama was, in this case, as in all others, working as an absentee president.

I was correct in stating there had been a push to invade the compound for several weeks if not months, primarily led by Leon Panetta, Hillary Clinton, Robert Gates, David Petraeus, and Jim Clapper. The primary opposition to this plan originated from Valerie Jarrett, and it was her opposition that was enough to create uncertainty within President Obama. Obama would meet with various components of the pro-invasion faction, almost always with Jarrett present, and then often fail to indicate his position. This situation continued for some time, though the division between Jarrett/Obama and the rest intensified more recently, most notably from Hillary Clinton. She was livid over the president’s failure to act, and her office began a campaign of anonymous leaks to the media indicating such. As for Jarrett, her concern rested on two primary fronts. One, that the military action could fail and harm the president’s already weakened standing with both the American public and the world. Second, that the attack would be viewed as an act of aggression against Muslims, and further destabilize conditionsin the Middle East.

Q: What changed the president’s position and enabled the attack against Osama Bin Laden to proceed?

A: Nothing changed with the president’s opinion – he continued to avoid having one. Every time military and intelligence officials appeared to make progress in forming a position, Jarrett would intervene and the stalling would begin again. Hillary started the ball really rolling as far as pressuring Obama began, but it was Panetta and Petraeus who ultimately pushed Obama to finally act – sort of. Panetta was receiving significant reports from both his direct CIA sources, as well as Petraeus-originating Intel. Petraeus was threatening to act on his own via a bombing attack. Panetta reported back to the president that a bombing of the compound would result in successful killing of Osama Bin Laden, and little risk to American lives. Initially, as he had done before, the president indicated a willingness to act. But once again, Jarrett intervened, convincing the president that innocent Pakistani lives could be lost in such a bombing attack, and Obama would be left attempting to explain Panetta’s failed policy. Again Obama hesitated – this time openly delaying further meetings to discuss the issue with Panetta. A brief meeting was held at this time with other officials, including Secretary Gates and members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, but Gates, like Panetta, was unable to push the president to act. It was at this time that Gates indicated to certain Pentagon officials that he may resign earlier than originally indicated – he was that frustrated. Both Panetta and Clinton convinced him to stay on and see the operation through.

What happened from there is what was described by me as a “masterful manipulation” by Leon Panetta. Panetta indicated to Obama that leaks regarding knowledge of Osama Bin Laden’s location were certain to get out sooner rather than later, and action must be taken by the administration or the public backlash to the president’s inaction would be “…significant to the point of political debilitation.” It was at that time that Obama stated an on-ground campaign would be far more acceptable to him than a bombing raid. This was intended as a stalling tactic, and it had originated from Jarrett. Such a campaign would take both time, and present a far greater risk of failure. The president had been instructed by Jarrett to inform Mr., Panetta that he would have sole discretion to act against the Osama Bin Laden compound. Jarrett believed this would further delay Panetta from acting, as the responsibility for failure would then fall almost entirely on him. What Valerie Jarrett, and the president, did not know is that Leon Panetta had already initiated a program that reported to him –and only him, involving a covert on the ground attack against the compound. Basically, the whole damn operation was already ready to go – including the specific team support Intel necessary to engage the enemy within hours of being given notice. Panetta then made plans to proceed with an on-ground assault. This information reached either Hillary Clinton or Robert Gates first (likely via military contacts directly associated with the impending mission) who then informed the other. Those two then met with Panetta, who informed each of them he had been given the authority by the president to proceed with a mission if the opportunity presented itself. Both Gates and Clinton warned Panetta of the implications of that authority – namely he was possibly being made into a scapegoat. Panetta admitted that possibility, but felt the opportunity to get Bin Laden outweighed that risk. During that meeting, Hillary Clinton was first to pledge her full support for Panetta, indicating she would defend him if necessary. Similar support was then followed by Gates. The following day, and with Panetta’s permission, Clinton met in private with Bill Daley and urged him to get the president’s full and open approval of the Panetta plan. Daley agreed such approval would be of great benefit to the action, and instructed Clinton to delay proceeding until he had secured that approval. Daley contacted Clinton within hours of their meeting indicating Jarrett refused to allow the president to give that approval. Daley then informed Clinton that he too would fully support Panetta in his actions, even if it meant disclosing the president’s indecision to the American public should that action fail to produce a successful conclusion. Clinton took that message back to Panetta and the CIA director initiated the 48 hour engagement order. At this point, the President of the United States was not informed of the engagement order – it did not originate from him, and for several hours after the order had been given and the special ops forces were preparing for action into Pakistan from their position in Afghanistan, Daley successfully kept Obama and Jarrett insulated from that order.

This insulation ended at some point with an abort order that I believe originated from Valerie Jarrett’s office, and was then followed up by President Obama. This abort order was later explained as a delay due to weather conditions, but the actual conditions at that time would have been acceptable for the mission. A storm system had been in the area earlier, but was no longer an issue. Check the data yourself to confirm. Jarrett, having been caught off guard, was now scrambling to determine who had initiated the plan. She was furious, repeating the acronym “CoC” and saying it was not being followed. This is where Bill Daley intervened directly. The particulars of that intervention are not clear to me beyond knowing he did meet with Jarrett in his office and following that meeting, Valerie Jarrett was not seen in the West Wing for some time, and apparently no longer offered up any resistance to the Osama Bin Laden mission. What did follow from there was one or more brief meetings between Bill Daley, Hillary Clinton, a representative from Robert Gates’ office, a representative from Leon Panetta’s office, and a representative from Jim Clapper’s office. I have to assume that these meetings were in essence, detailing the move to proceed with the operation against the Osama Bin Laden compound. I have been told by more than one source that Leon Panetta was directing the operation with both his own CIA operatives, as well as direct contacts with military – both entities were reporting to Panetta only at this point, and not the President of the United States. There was not going to be another delay as had happened 24 hour earlier. The operation was at this time effectively unknown to President Barack Obama or Valerie Jarrett and it remained that way until AFTER it had already been initiated. President Obama was literally pulled from a golf outing and escorted back to the White House to be informed of the mission. Upon his arrival there was a briefing held which included Bill Daley, John Brennan, and a high ranking member of the military. When Obama emerged from the briefing, he was described as looking “very confused and uncertain.” The president was then placed in the situation room where several of the players in this event had already been watching the operation unfold. Another interesting tidbit regarding this is that the Vice President was already “up to speed” on the operation. A source indicated they believe Hillary Clinton had personally made certain the Vice President was made aware of that day’s events before the president was. The now famous photo released shows the particulars of that of that room and its occupants. What that photo does not communicate directly is that the military personnel present in that room during the operation unfolding, deferred to either Hillary Clinton or Robert Gates. The president’s role was minimal, including their acknowledging of his presence in the room.

At the conclusion of the mission, after it had been repeatedly confirmed a success, President Obama was once again briefed behind closed doors. The only ones who went in that room besides the president were Bill Daley. John Brennan, and a third individual whose identity remains unknown to me. When leaving this briefing, the president came out of it “…much more confident. Much more certain of himself.” He was also carrying papers in his hand that quite possibly was the address to the nation given later that evening on the Bin Laden mission. The president did not have those papers with him prior to that briefing. The president then returned to the war room, where by this time, Leon Panetta had personally arrived and was receiving congratulations from all who were present.

In my initial communication to you of these events I described what unfolded as a temporary Coup initiated by high ranking intelligence and military officials. I stand by that term.

These figures worked around the uncertainty of President Obama and the repeated resistance of Valerie Jarrett. If they had not been willing to do so, I am certain Osama Bin Laden would still be alive today. There will be no punishment to those who acted outside the authority of the president’s office. The president cannot afford to admit such a fact. What will be most interesting from here is to now see what becomes of Valerie Jarrett. One source indicated she is threatening resignation. I find that unlikely given my strong belief she needs the protection afforded her by the Oval Office and its immense powers to delay and eventually terminate investigations back in Chicago, but we shall see.

Stay safe.

And just as he did to explain/cover his lack of engagement during the oil spill disaster in Louisiana, he came up with a prepared timeline of his personal involvement.

The loonies cling to these timelines as proof of their Messiah in action.

NO?
Translation: I'm covering my ass with a bullshit story about a coup because my "insider" had no idea any of this was going on.

This thread is funny as hell. It always has been, but even more so now.

NO?

Guaranteed he has never read any of the full interviews.

Hard to believe that anyone would excuse/defend this administration after hearing what is confided during these interviews by a long time Democrat Party operative.

Americans ought to be concerned with Valerie Jarrett being Obama's alter ego. She is the one responsible for elevating Van Jones, the self described Communist, she's the one who makes it her mission in life to inject race into the President's agenda and policy, and aside from Obama himself, is probably most responsible for making the President an international laughing stock. We can only hope that Bill Daley will succeed in marginalizing her, and her radical agenda to subvert the interests of the United States.

Absolutely, she has been calling the shots in this administration since the start, according to the White House Insider. Americans definitely should be concerned. She wasn't elected to any position, yet she is literally governing as President.

Excerpts from this thread regarding Valerie Jarrett:

The White House Insider said:
His primary focus is now getting elected in ‘12. Everything else has been given over to Jarrett and her group. Everything.

FYI there was a closed door meeting recently under the guise of discussions on Egypt. Source told that meeting was run by Jarrett from start to end. Obama said very little. Asked no questions.

Consider Jarrett's background, along with her current influence over Obama, coupled with Obama's Muslim roots, and understand how the Islamic slant is strong in the White House.

Valerie Jarrett is a member of African-American and Chicago royalty. But her story and her life begin in the Middle East, not the Midwest. She was born in 1956 in Shiraz, Iran, about 570 miles south of Tehran. She refers to herself as an American-Iranian. It is my understanding that she holds dual citizenship. She is now Obama's nanny and puppeteer.

Valerie Jarrett Addresses the Islamic Society of North America:
President Obama’s outreach to Muslims, Senior Advisor to the President Valerie Jarrett spoke at the Islamic Society of North America's 46th Annual Convention. In her remarks, Jarrett spoke of the importance of President Obama’s Cairo speech, she quoted the President:

"Since our founding, American Muslims have enriched the United States. They have fought in our wars, served in government, stood for civil rights, started businesses, taught at our universities, excelled in our sports arenas, won Nobel prizes, built our tallest buildings..."

Jarrett is all over it!

The only breath of hope happening now, is outlined in this interview:
http://forum.literotica.com/showpost.php?p=37410322&postcount=119

It appears that the powers that be have replaced Emanuel with Bill Daley to clean up the fiasco in the White House.

Certainly, the latest interview, mentioned in the last exposé about Osama, regarding a collusion of officials shows Daley playing a strong part.

"THANK GOD!" that there are some cooler heads in the Democrat Party that put the good of the country above political benefit and party loyalty.

White House Insider: Eric Holder Is Gonna Fall

This is the second part of a two part communication with our D.C. Insider.
The first part was titled Obama’s West Wing Civil War here:
http://forum.literotica.com/showpost.php?p=37410322&postcount=119

He called out the real Valerie Jarrett inside the White House. He showed the staff who she really is. And he is still there standing. That message will not be lost to those in and around the West Wing. It’s a pretty damn remarkable turn of events. I probably ain’t doing it justice in my telling of it, but it’s huge. Rahm was pushed out like a dog. Bill Daley is still holding strong.

Don’t think Jarrett is giving up though. That lady will fight back. Bet on it. Obama is gonna be on the road campaigning 24/7 in the coming months, leaving Jarrett and Daley to square off in creating policy. Those two are gonna be at each other’s throats. My money’s on Bill Daley. If he can help send Jarrett packing, he will be doing this country a huge favor. Huge.

Q: Can you repeat what you told me before – how Richard Daley stepping down and Bill Daley coming to the White House, and then Rahm Emanuel becoming Chicago’s Mayer. How all of that relates back directly to Valerie Jarrett and Barack Obama. You connected those dots better than anyone else I’ve heard from, but you didn’t want to publish it before. Can we share that now? What you said regarding that?

A: I won’t allow you to publish it. I WANT you to publish it. And I want to qualify that by explaining to you that I am running without fear now. I am not alone here. This has become much bigger than me, or the group of us that were working prior to the Midterms We are in every good hands now, and this thing has a real possibility of seeing the kind of outcome I thought impossible just a few months ago. And don’t get hung up on people believing or not believing what we are discussing here. That is not the point of this. As I told you some time ago, the real motivation of this operation is letting those know who are watching that we are also watching, and that no amount of effort on their part is going to fully prevent the truth from getting out there. And I am being absolutely honest with you when I say that at no other time since we began this have I been so confident in our eventual success.

Now getting back to your question about Richard Daley stepping down, Rahm stepping in, and Bill Daley’s entrance into the Obama administration, it is foolish for anyone to not think all of that is not connected to something far greater than simply political repositioning.

You have already reported on the Jarrett-Richard Daley connection, so no need for me to get you up to speed on that. What you might not know is that Richard Daley had something of a falling out with Jarrett, and by default, the Obama’s prior to Obama becoming a U.S. Senator.

Now when it comes to Chicago politics, the Daley machine owns all of it. Everything. This includes information – every kind of information, on anyone of political importance in and around Chicago. When Obama went “national” as a Senator, Jarrett’s influence went national right along with it, right. By then she was the primary guide for Barack Obama’s political career. Every decision went to her, through her, and ultimately had to be approved by her. Obama did nothing without her approval.

This has largely continued to this day in the White House, though as I just indicated, Bill Daley is fighting to alter that arrangement.

So what happens when the great keeper of Chicago secrets, Richard Daley, announces he is stepping down? A huge power vacuum that sent the Obama White House into panic mode. Daley had a working agreement with Obama and Jarrett to keep a lid on the “unsavory” details related to each of them. Details stemming from years working among the most powerful and corrupt forces in Chicago politics, including Daley himself. And while many dislike the man that is Richard Daley, none will dispute that when a deal is made, he holds to it. And he has held to his deal with Jarrett and Obama. Almost every avenue investigated against those two has been effectively shut down in Chicago. With Daley’s departure as mayor, that will no longer be so easily accomplished, and the figure now in control of that apparatus is none other than disgruntled former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.

Q: I have been told by others that Rahm’s voyage back to Chicago was coordinated by the Jarrett White House to continue keeping those secrets you speak of under wraps. That seems like a very strong possibility to me. You are stating that is not the case?

A: Not only is that not the case, but it is among the single greatest concerns currently being dealt with by Jarrett and White House operations. That is to say, keeping an eye on Rahm Emanuel in Chicago.

That scenario you lay out, the idea that Jarrett sent Rahm back to Chicago, is a superficial ruse by Jarrett meant to keep the donors and their concerns minimized. Nobody wants to make a substantial investment on a horse with a bad leg.

I have detailed to you the conflicts between Rahm Emanuel and Valerie Jarrett. Money and resources were spent against Rahm’s campaign by the Obama people. Rahm then received support, very important support, from two powerful allies. One was political machine of outgoing mayor Richard Daley. The other was from Bill Clinton. But I am not quite prepared to relate the Clinton connections as they relate to Chicago because that may compromise what is still underway.

And then of course you have Richard Daley’s brother Bill being placed within the Obama West Wing as new Chief of Staff. That decision was not Jarrett’s. I have told you that already. There is a trap being built around both Jarrett and Obama and they certainly are aware of that now.

Once we get Holder out of the DOJ, the cracks will really begin to appear. The DOJ is holding off every significant inroad against Jarrett and Obama at the moment. But that situation is temporary. Holder is going to find himself in some very serious legal trouble shortly. He may survive it, but I would consider that outcome likely. He cut off the NBP case. Held it off long enough to do so.

Ok then. We have moved on to the next scenario and this time we have much greater help in pushing this one through.

Q: And then back to Chicago?

A: And then back to Chicago, yes. As I have always said. The big difference now are these two theatres are working almost simultaneously, so once the first wall is breached, the second should fall far faster than we were initially thinking.

Q: Wall?

A: Sorry, speaking figuratively there. Sort of. Mean to say that once one event happens, which will be Holder related the protection coming out of Chicago will likely collapse much faster as well. Dominoes might have been a better term to use.

Q: What part does the Blago trial play in all of this?

A: The Blago trial is a very big Domino.

The forces being used against him are a very big wall. He will cut a deal. Some kind of deal. No doubt about that. The trial itself and its outcome are not the critical component to all of this. It’s important, but it won’t decide the outcome one way or the other.

Ask yourself this though. Those tapes. The Blago tapes of his phone conversations that the Feds are using to try and convict. Why was that taping cut short? Or were they? The spin was that the Feds moved in to charge Blago, maybe a bit early, right? They exposed the operation before they had enough to easily convict, right? Why did they do that? Or did they?

Q: What do you mean “Or did they?”

A: What if the Feds actually didn’t stop the investigation too early? What if those tapes have all they needed to easily convict Blago and more? A federal investigation is normally a very slow and deliberate process, but in this one, it came out very quickly, charges were filed, and then soon after, concerns about possibly having stopped the taping of the Blago phone conversations too early started to be disseminated by the media.

The media was simply regurgitating what was being forwarded to them via the Feds, at least those few involved with the Blago case. Why would Federal prosecutors start putting out a view that they may have stopped recording Blago’s conversations too early even before the trial was underway? Why do that?

Q: I have no idea. They are admitting incompetence? Trying to get ahead of a story of then possibly losing the trial?

A: That’s what they want you to think. I’ll say it again.

What if they actually had not stopped the recording of the conversations too early? What if those tapes have information directly tying the Obama administration to the charges being levied against Blago? What if both Valerie Jarrett and Barack Obama were complicit in the alleged crime and those tapes prove it? And what if one of the primary tasks of Eric Holder was to squash any and all investigations within the Department of Justice that would make that connection? What if Federal prosecutors were working under extreme pressure to withhold any and all evidence directly linking Valerie Jarrett and the president to the investigation?

And what if, once Eric Holder was forced to resign, the dynamics of the political firewall were essentially destroyed?

This entire administration is then under the assault of the truth. And the questions won’t stop at the Blago related material. And it won’t stop at Holder’s Department of Justice workings. And it won’t stop at those actions taken since Barack Obama became President of the United States. Those questions, and the eventual answers, will go back to Chicago, back to both Obama and Jarrett.

That is, if we ultimately successful with what we are attempting to pull off.

You have seen an uptick in the some negative press related to the Obama administration. If things are going well for us, you should note an even greater increase in such coverage over the next month or so. Some very powerful hands are now pushing this rock up the hill. It’s a long, steep climb, but it’s getting done, which is a hell of lot more than I could say not so long ago.

Q: Is Trump helping with this? Donald Trump – is he playing a part? You starting pushing him as a possible candidate and initially I thought you were crazy to do so, but I have to admit that soon after he was making a huge move in the polls and is now enemy #1 among the media. Are you connected to the Trump phenomena in any way?

A: Not exactly. I was simply aware he was going to make noise and given his celebrity, and resources, considered him at the time the most viable threat to Obama politically. And frankly, I feel comfortably saying I was proven right.

Donald Trump forced the birther issue onto the mainstream, and because of that, Valerie Jarrett knew they had to release a birth certificate to nullify the momentum that issue was creating.

Q: Why do you say it like that? You say “a" birth certificate instead of "the" birth certificate. I have learned nothing you say is without a reason – so what’s the reason for that specific choice of words?

A: Let’s move on from that subject for now. I won’t go there at the moment, ok? But I will talk Trump. Why I was pushing him…

Q: Ok – but does that mean you’re not pushing him anymore?

A: Not necessarily. I am open to anyone and anything that will help to put a political end to the Obama White House.

Donald Trump…look at how he is being attacked now. That is proof positive he is considered a serious threat. I would support a Trump campaign. Absolutely. I would support a Hillary Clinton campaign. Most certainly. God how I wish she was willing to make that kind of move.

The fact is though, at this point…at this time, I am willing to work for anyone who can defeat Obama. And I am.

When I speak of we – when I let you know I’m not the only one involved in trying to secure at the very least a real choice for 2012 – we aren’t all Democrats. There are Republicans involved. There are business leaders now involved – some of them who like me, strongly supported the president back in 2008 but have since been shocked and dismayed to see just how inept and dangerous he is to this country…

(Long pause)

There is something I have wanted to reveal to you but always pulled back because I was never quite certain of it’s a basis in reality. It was a rumor, or even a rumor of a rumor back in 2008 that at the time I laughed off as stupid conspiracy bullshit.

Ironically the kind of description a lot of people probably label your publishing of our little talks as. Remember when I told you about the “McCain the campaign” strategy that the Democrats, working in conjunction with certain media figures, pulled off during the Republican primaries? How we actually worked to make John McCain the nominee?

Q: Yes. What about it?

A: That was only half the equation.

At least that’s how it was presented to me. I know about the “McCain the campaign” strategy first hand. I played a bigger role in that than I originally revealed to you. But the other part…that’s not my world. I don’t know if what I was told was legit or just…at the time it was crazy. But then…damned if it didn’t happen. Thing is, for it to happen would have taken help by Republicans at the time.

Q: Ok – get to it then. What happened? Or what were you told happened?

A: The collapse. The economic collapse in the fall of 2008.

Before that what was the biggest subject during the early parts of the campaign? It wasn’t the economy, it was the war. It was foreign policy. Now I know this because I saw the internals from both sides. That was the issue that had both camps, the McCain and the Obama teams, being told to work on. That of course favored McCain, and those same internals were showing that to be the fact. Barack Obama, like most other areas, had almost no experience in foreign policy, and the campaign team went through scenario after scenario trying to figure out how to minimize that situation. Nothing worked. Historically, if the voters are concerned about foreign policy, concerned about safety, law enforcement, military strength – who do they vote for?

Q: Republicans.

A: Exactly. And that is what every internal was coming back to us with, and it had the higher ups in the campaign very concerned to the point of panic. So…something had to be done. The dynamic had to altered.

Q: Stop for a minute. If foreign policy was the primary concern, why would the Democrats have helped secure McCain as the Republican nominee if that was his strength? Wouldn’t that be a huge mistake?

A: Great question. And you’re absolutely right – it was a terrible miscalculation by the Obama camp. We thought the war would prove unpopular enough that McCain would get hammered on it. He’s not a strong public speaker, and the campaign team was convinced that the Senator, – then Senator Obama, would be able to strike political gold on that. It didn’t pan out. The surge was working, McCain had the foreign policy credentials, and the Obama campaign was scrambling to redefine what the defining issue would be in November.

I was told there would be a change in the economy. Not by chance. A directed change in the economy. And the first time I heard this, the primary battle between Clinton and Obama was still going strong.

Q: How would that be possible?

A: That’s what I said back then. Having the media push McCain as the nominee – that I understood. Both sides had initiated that kind of maneuvering before. But to alter the economy…that seemed…unlikely to me at the time. But that is what they did.

Q: Who?

A: Right. Who?

It had to be somebody with a lot of influence in both political parties, because the Republicans in power at the time were the ones to get the ball moving in the direction the Obama people needed. What I can say for certain is that big money – very big money, was rolling into the Obama campaign by then. The investment had been made, and their boy needed to be the next president to get a full return on that investment, right?

It sounds crazy. Yeah – I know. Believe me, I ignored the talk. The rumors, and I just did my job. But then it happened. The market crashed, and overnight, the national dialogue turned almost entirely onto the economy. Obama’s polling jumped. McCain dropped and he never recovered.

Bear Stearns…that was – I believe that was intentional to favor either Hillary or Obama. I really do. I don’t have verification of it…the people who could do that kind of thing live in a world far away from my own, but that is what I think, and even back then, the thought crossed my mind and stayed there. And after Bear Stearns, after Obama was the nominee, we saw the collapse in the fall of 2008 – a classic October surprise. There was nothing the McCain campaign could do to win that election. Nothing – and we all knew it. The economy had been made the defining issue of the election – just as I had earlier been told it would.

Q: Hold on here…you are saying Republicans – people in the Republican Party, helped to elect Barack Obama? That they were in on this plan? That’s outrageous and seems very improbable. Sorry, but this scenario you’re laying out…it’s crazy.

A: Yeah – it is. But why are you so willing to believe when Democrats are playing dirty politics, but not Republicans? Open your eyes. I was told they were going to make the economy the issue to decide the campaign. Prior to the economic crash that seemed highly unlikely. The economy was hurting, there were certainly some warning signs, but before September and October 2008, it didn’t look anywhere close to what eventually happened.

Do you remember Bear Stearns? It was bailed out in the spring of 2008 – when the primary races were still going on. Do you know who initiated that bailout? There was involvement by the Bush administration of course – but who initiated the actual bailout? Who directed it?

Q: I don’t know. Who?

A: Don’t feel bad – most people couldn’t answer that question. It’s that kind of ignorance that allows political operatives to keep spinning the machine around and around. People tune out. Most don’t really want to know the answers.

Q: So who initiated the bailout?

A: Timothy Geithner – our current Secretary of the Treasury. A guy who has mishandled his position at Treasury since day one…yet there he remains.

Q: Geithner wasn’t Secretary of the Treasury in spring of 2008…that was—

(interrupted)

A: Right…he wasn’t Secretary of the Treasury in 2008. He was Chairman of the New York Federal Reserve.

And it was in that position Timothy Geithner initiated the bailout of Bear Stearns – its cannibalization by rival JP Morgan, and the use of tens of billions in Federal Reserve funding to do so. Geithner testified before a Senate committee shortly after the bailout and defended it as essential to saving the economy. He stated that if the saving of Bear Stearns had not occurred, the stock market and housing prices would fall dramatically.

Q: So? You’re losing me here. What does this have to do with the economy – the campaign, in 2008?

A: It has everything to do with it. I didn’t connect it all then, but I do now.

It’s been explained to me in terms I could understand, by someone who would certainly have been in the position to know. Part of the “We” I refer to regarding defeating Obama in 2012. Give me a chance here – I will do my best to explain my understanding of it.

So Timothy Geithner, as Chairman of the New York Federal Reserve, with assistance from Chairman of the Federal Reserve Ben Bernanke, and then-Secretary of the Treasury Henry Paulson, himself the former head of Goldman Sachs. The same Goldman Sachs that would later donate a million dollars to the Obama campaign and help elect him President of the United States.

These are investors we are talking about here – you understand what I’m saying, right?

And do you know who donated almost $800,000 to the Obama campaign? JP Morgan – the same institution Timothy Geithner helped to acquire Bear Stearns at a rock bottom rate with an additional $30 billion dollar credit line via the Federal Reserve.

Are you keeping up now?

Q: I’m with you – keep going.

A: So we have Timothy Geithner and the Federal Reserve, acting in conjunction with some of the largest and most powerful financial institutions working to, if Geithner’s testimony at the time is to be believed, “saving the American economy.” And these same financial institutions then begin to funnel millions in campaign contributions to the Obama campaign. Then fast forward to the fall of 2008. What happened then?

Q: I don’t know. Just keep talking and if I have a question I’ll let you know.

A: Lehman Brothers.

In September of 2008, at a time when John McCain is still edging out Barack Obama many of the national polls, Lehman Brothers is allowed to collapse.

Unlike Bear Stearns, the Federal Reserve does not intervene. Nor does Paulson from Treasury. Lehman Brothers collapses, and the entire financial system freezes up. The stock market tumbles, John McCain is caught flat footed, while the Obama campaign, its campaign messaging, appears as if was prepared ahead of time for the collapse.

McCain drops in the polls, Obama rises, and a man the country hardly knows anything about, is elected President of the United States.

And who is then made Secretary of the Treasury – none other than the same man who saved one financial institution, while ignoring another – an act that directly benefited the campaign of the man who would then place him in one of the most powerful and influential positions in the world. And despite numerous blunders, Timothy Geithner remains in that position to this day. Another keeper of secrets.

And what followed after that? Billions and billions in funds to these financial institutions. Easy money policies. Broad expansion of Federal Reserve powers. One hand washed the other…

Q: You make the Obama administration sound like big money Republicans.

A: Power doesn’t discriminate between one political party over the other.

I’ve seen that proven true so many times I can’t recall when it wasn’t a fact of my own life, such as it is. Big money deemed Obama was to be their candidate of choice because he was likely the most open to policies that would make them the greatest profit and enjoy the most influence.

I also believe they thought him to be easily controlled. They were partly right. Barack Obama is easily controlled, but what they failed to recognize, is that Valerie Jarrett is not. She has been molding Obama in her own political likeness for too long to allow others to alter the course she has set out for him. That bitch has been off the Democratic Party reservation since day one. Day one!

Jarrett is Obama’s greatest weakness though. His vulnerability. Valerie Jarrett – she has burned so many bridges in the financial community. So many in the business community. Her Chicago version of government-business cooperation has not been well received outside of Chi-town. And so, some of those former big money donors are seeking alternative political investment to Obama. Not all of them – not yet. But some. And the knowledge they have to what is going on inside the Obama White House is…impressive.

First up is Eric Holder. He is gonna fall. Watch for Holder news – it’s coming.

They are gonna fight hard to keep him in there. He’s done a hell of a job keeping the lid on so much shit. But that’s about to change. I ain’t saying I trust Issa, but it’s been explained to me that he knows that he’s doing and it’s getting done.

So ok…I’ll see if that’s the case. Then it’s on to 2012 with the information in hand that will be the result of Holder stepping down from the DOJ. It’s gonna be a race to get it out there before the election, but we sure as hell are gonna try.

And even if Obama manages to get his re-election, we will cripple him politically…we will trip him up enough, that his second term will be nowhere near the threat to the country that this one has been. And he may not be able to complete that second term. The information that will be forced into the hands of the media, the people, the party leaders, the donors…the man thinks he’s under political pressure now?

Just wait. They made a big mistake, and we got them. We got them

A long read but worth the effort for anyone that doubts the above scenario posed by the White House Insider could have happened.

Wall Street's Naked Swindle

excerpts:

The new president for whom we all had such high hopes went and hired Michael Froman, a Citigroup executive who accepted a $2.2 million bonus after he joined the White House, to serve on his economic transition team — at the same time the government was giving Citigroup a massive bailout. Then, after promising to curb the influence of lobbyists, Obama hired a former Goldman Sachs lobbyist, Mark Patterson, as chief of staff at the Treasury. He hired another Goldmanite, Gary Gensler, to police the commodities markets. He handed control of the Treasury and Federal Reserve over to Geithner and Bernanke, a pair of stooges who spent their whole careers being bellhops for New York bankers. And on the first anniversary of the collapse of Lehman Brothers, when he finally came to Wall Street to promote "serious financial reform," his plan proved to be so completely absent of balls that the share prices of the major banks soared at the news.

The nation's largest financial players are able to write the rules for own their businesses and brazenly steal billions under the noses of regulators, and nothing is done about it. A thing so fundamental to civilized society as the integrity of a stock, or a mortgage note, or even a U.S. Treasury bond, can no longer be protected, not even in a crisis, and a crime as vulgar and conspicuous as counterfeiting can take place on a systematic level for years without being stopped, even after it begins to affect the modern-day equivalents of the Rockefellers and the Carnegies. What 10 years ago was a cheap stockfraud scheme for second-rate grifters in Brooklyn has become a major profit center for Wall Street.

Our burglar class now rules the national economy.
And no one is trying to stop them.

President Barack Obama would not have agreed to go forward with the mission to kill Osama bin Laden had it not been for intense pressure from CIA Director Leon Panetta, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Secretary of Defence Robert Gates, administration sources have revealed.

The advocates of the mission had “reached a boiling point”, because President Obama, hesitated for months and kept delaying the final approval. This delay was because of a close aide who suggested that this could damage him politically.

According to these sources, Administration officials were frustrated with the president’s indecisiveness and his orders not to carry out the mission in February. President Obama was “dragged kicking and screaming” to give the green light for the operation in the last week of April. By then, the US military and other high-level officials were so determined to launch the operation that they did not want to give the president the opportunity to delay or to call it off. President Obama reluctantly approved to go forward with the operation only if the CIA head agreed to take all the blame in case the mission failed. The planning for the operation underscores the deep divisions in the Obama administration, with President Obama and a close aide, Valerie Jarrett, procrastinating on making a decision and high-ranking officials and members of the cabinet pressing him to go ahead on the other. The chief architect of the plan to “take bin Laden out” was CIA Director Leon Panetta.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Secretary of Defence Robert Gates, US Commander in Afghanistan General David Petraeus and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper were part of the group that supported Panetta.

When asked to comment, the White House referred the question to the National Security Council. The NSC said the Department of Defence was fielding such inquiries. The Defence Department’s press office contact Lieutenant Colonel Elizabeth Robbins responded with this comment: “The Department of Defense is not giving out any further operational details of the mission.”

However, according to an informed official, the story that a courier helped track bin Laden is just a cover. The CIA actually learned of bin Laden’s whereabouts in August of 2010, when an informant associated with Pakistani intelligence walked into a US Embassy and claimed that bin Laden was living in a house in Abbottabad. The official, however, would not disclose whether the Embassy was located in Pakistan or Afghanistan.

After confirming that the information was somewhat accurate, the CIA set up a safe house in Abbottabad in September last year to monitor bin Laden’s compound.

As the intelligence collection proceeded, the CIA demanded that Pakistan come clean with what they knew about bin Laden, claims the official. In December of 2010, the CIA station chief’s identity was made public in the Pakistani press. The intelligence official says that the station chief’s cover was blown to retaliate against the CIA for pressing Pakistani intelligence for information about bin Laden. At the time, the speculation was that the move was in response to a civil suit accusing ISI officials of being involved in the 2008 Mumbai attacks. Once it was clear that the information from the walk-in source was accurate, Panetta set up a reporting chain from the CIA’s Pakistan station direct to him, a highly unusual move that involved bypassing the normal official channels.

Again the US president was not informed of this progress. Meanwhile, the intelligence operatives learned that key people from an Islamic country friendly to Pakistan were sending Pakistan money to keep Osama out of sight and under virtual house arrest, claims the official.

By January of 2011 there was a high degree of certainty that bin Laden was in the house. In early February, Panetta suggested that the US should move on bin Laden. But Gates and Petraeus were determined to avoid the “boots on the ground” strategy at all costs. CIA chief Panetta was in favour of an invasion. But President Obama balked on the advice of Valerie Jarrett, a close aide.

The source maintains that Jarrett’s objection to the proposal was based on the worry that the mission could fail, further eroding Obama’s approval ratings and the strong likelihood that it would be interpreted as yet another act of aggression against the Muslims. The source explained that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton played a crucial role to pressure President Obama to take action. In the last week of April, she met with White House Chief of Staff William Daley to request a meeting with the president to secure approval for the mission. Within hours, Daley called to say that Valerie Jarrett refused to allow the president to give that approval.

However, Clinton made sure that the vice president was made aware of the situation. The president was later approached by Hillary Clinton, Robert Gates and Leon Panetta and pressurised to order the mission.

Panetta was directing the operation with both his CIA operatives and the military. The plan was not to capture but to kill bin Laden on sight. Contrary to the news reports, it was Panetta and not President Obama who took the lead on coordinating the details of the mission.

According to the source, the White House staff has compromised the identity of the unit that carried out the mission. The source said the claim that the raid yielded a “treasure trove” of information about al-Qaeda is also exaggerated. Obama meanwhile is “milking” the mission as a tactic to better his chances of re-election in 2012. The concern in intelligence circles is that in his zeal to boost his approval ratings, the president is harming relations with Pakistan.

White House Insider:
Democrats Join with Republicans Against Obama

In a brief but informative update, our longtime D.C. insider tells of Democratic Party operatives joining with their Republican counterparts to ensure Barack Obama is a one-term president.

Sorry for delay in getting back to you. So much now underway.

Do you recall when I told you of a meeting by Democratic Party operatives shortly after the Midterm Election? The meeting that had people within the party questioning Obama’s viability as a candidate for 2012 and the future of the party after the defeat of 2010? Another such meeting took place recently.

What was once an in-house dialogue though has now transformed into something far more formidable against the Obama White House, involving both Democrats and Republicans. The primary focus is defeat of Obama in 2012.

Watch for an uptick in Democrats openly speaking out against Obama. You have likely noted the most recent bi-partisan votes in Congress against Obama.

To have those kinds of votes against a sitting president who is now fully engaged in a re-election campaign is stunning. It is also indisputable evidence of the divide I have been telling you of for some time. The party is now so deeply divided between the Chicago Democrats and the more mainstream Democrats that the rift cannot be repaired so long as Barack Obama and Valerie Jarrett occupy the White House.

The Republicans now have a plan underway to trap those Democrats attempting to utilize the Ryan Medicare plan to their political advantage. This is a plan that I fully approve of, and frankly, must tip my hat in its creation as both a political weapon as well as sound and much needed legislation. A number of Congressional Democrats have been made aware of the plan and are also supportive of it.

This represents a powerful break from the DNC operatives who are so closely linked to Obama’s own OFA group. The OFA is a direct extension of Valerie Jarrett’s office and a tool she continues to fully utilize to further protect her role as the primary power broker inside the West Wing.

Daley continues to counter that to great effect though. Bill Daley is an ally. History will prove this out down the road. You have expressed doubts regarding this. Trust me. Daley is doing this country a far greater service than anyone outside of the immediate situation can realize.

You indicated to me the much stronger stance Congressman Issa has publicly taken against Eric Holder and the Obama DOJ. While I continue to remain suspicious of Issa’s ultimate willingness to take on Eric Holder to a conclusion that results in Holder’s resignation, my suspicions may soon be proven unjustified. I hope that is the case.

A significant development is to be revealed regarding the DOJ very soon now. That is the information I have been given most recently.

Where we are at in all of this is now a fully integrated operation against Barack Obama’s re-election bid that includes both Democrats and Republicans. We will continue to work to further develop the political scandal, as well as limit as much as possible, the funding and organizational machine that allowed Barack Obama to be elected in 2008. If the scandal is successfully buried prior to the 2012 election, we must ensure that Obama faces political defeat at the ballot box. The powers now aligning against Obama are significant. They are motivated. And they are very-very serious about defeating Barack Obama.

Democrat Party disunity won't be a major theme in the lapdog MSM.

Other media outlets have reached out to cover the void left by Soros funded ObamaMedia. Talk radio and cable news has a much larger audience seeking fair and balanced reporting.

Only the sycophant army tunes in to those channels anymore.

And now ... the behind the scenes SCOOP from the White House Insider:

Obama’s Rage Over Netanyahu Meeting:
"What the F-ck was that?"

An angry and embarrassed President Obama confronts White House Chief of Staff Bill Daley

Received this information late yesterday. Thought you might wish to know.

http://cdn.theatlanticwire.com/img/upload/2011/05/20/Obama Netanyahu Reuters 4_.JPG

Shortly after the photo-op meeting and “working lunch” with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the one that saw President Obama openly chastised by the Prime Minister for Obama’s earlier public comments regarding wanting to see Israel return to its 1967 borders, the president verbally “went off” on Richard Daley in the private study area that adjoins the Oval Office. President Obama’s verbal attack was clearly heard by numerous staff up and down the West Wing hallways.

The essence of the president’s rage and embarrassment can best be summed up with him yelling out very loudly, “What the f-ck was that!?”

That phrase was apparently repeated a number of times in the span of about five minutes, a time period in which Obama’s voice became “louder and louder” and culminating in Obama exclaiming, “Never again! Do you understand me? Never again!”

Any response by Bill Daley back to the president, if given, was not overheard.

Daley was soon after seen walking slowly down the hallway back toward his own office. He appeared “unconcerned” and was walking alone. His mood was apparently good enough that he took the time to speak briefly with some junior staffers before continuing down the hall. There was no sign of the president, though Valerie Jarrett did make an appearance on her way into the Oval Office. This was viewed as somewhat of a rare thing as Jarrett has apparently not been seen much on the lower levels of the West Wing for the last month or so. Neither she nor the president was seen for some time after that. The president did not emerge until it was time to make another brief speech at a nearby location later that afternoon. I did not receive information on whether or not Daley accompanied the president on that short trip, but the president’s mood was described as “much improved” when he returned.

While the details of this confrontation are a bit dated, I found them very interesting and think they provide some clear insight into the debilitating pressures that I am certain are getting to the president, and given the more recent developments that are now challenging the administration, I would not be at all surprised to hear more such examples coming from inside the White House in the very near future.

Oh, and another little FYI in case you missed it. Obama had a recent “meeting” with some of his former top advisers very recently. In my line of work that means only one thing. This administration is absolutely sh-tting itself right now. The cover is being blown off, the fingers of blame are being pointed, and discussions over who is going to take the fall are happening this very moment. Things are going rather well for us. Not too bad for an old news almost out to pasture relic huh? Much work remains to be done though.

Stay safe.

Excerpts from the White House Insider's interview regarding Bill Daley's entrance and purpose in the Obama White House:

"Daley’s appointment was not of Jarrett’s choosing, but came with the strong “suggestion” of some prominent donors who were sending out the signals that their support of Obama in 2012 was not a sure thing. Bill Daley is the guy who is to mend some fences and shut down much of the progressive crap that dominated the first two years of the Obama White House"

"The newly installed tandem of White House Chief of Staff William Daley and Senior Adviser David Plouffe were supposed to impart a new sense of discipline and purpose to the White House. Instead, they are permitting him to showcase himself as a poorly focused leader who has his priorities backward."

"I’m not privy to the exact nature of that arrangement, but am pretty certain it was part of some deal. Jarrett did not want Daley in. She allowed it because she had to, not because she wanted to."

"Bill is much more a national Democrat. He is far more accomplished on the national level. He is a good Democrat. A good man. Jarrett, Obama…they aren’t Democrats. At least not in the traditional sense. They’re something fucking else. Bill Daley is a solid Democrat. Smart guy. Very smart. I believe…been told here and there – I believe Daley was sent to the White House by certain party donors to straighten things out. Patch it up as best as possible and to minimize the damage Jarrett and Obama were inflicting on the Democratic Party. The brand name has been absolutely fucked by Obama. People have had it with that you know. And so you send a guy like Daley in there to try and repair some of that damage and prevent more of it from happening. That is his role – and he’s doing it for the party, not for Obama, and certainly not for Jarrett. Otherwise, whether it’s 2012, or 2016…the Democrats will be so damaged…it would be 2010 all over again.

I want to make it very clear to you just how isolated Valerie Jarrett is becoming. She may run that White House, but she sure as hell doesn’t run the party. She has pissed off a lot of people – people with influence. People with money. If it wasn’t for her relationship with the First Lady, if it wasn’t for the fact she probably has more goods on the Obamas than anyone, Valerie Jarrett would have been removed from this administration long ago. For now, it’s a stalemate – but she’s far more concerned these days about her place in the administration than ever before – and we have Bill Daley to thank for that.

Daley has already minimized Jarrett’s influence with Congressional Democrats, while building much more influence with Republicans in Congress. The Chamber of Commerce thing? Jarrett was opposed – she despises the business community outside of her own limited previous experience. Daley pushed Obama into that- all but demanded it, and he won out.

But he ain’t doing it for Obama – he’s doing it for the party, and I have such great respect for that. Most Americans have no idea who Bill Daley is. I’m telling you right now he might very well be the guy who is saving this country – and that is no exaggeration.

So now we have Bill Daley in there pushing back against the bullshit progressive crap of Valerie Jarrett and Michelle Obama. Maybe we get some semblance of goddamn sanity in the White House – God willing!

Barack and Michelle Obama…it was communicated to them in no uncertain terms that they are to follow directions.

Every president, as powerful as that position is, can have their chain jerked when a situation requires. That chain has been jerked very hard this past month. Very hard.

Daley has quietly been asserting himself in Obama’s White House. They may not like it, but they don’t have a choice.

I really have a hard time believing this stuff. As I said before, if it were true the WH would plug the leak faster than you can say Incompetent Fraud.

Yeah, look how well they plugged the WikiLeaks.

There's a reason why the interviews were discontinued for several months, and a brief explanation of a better sense of confidence when they continued.

The "stay safe" closing refers to a warning of danger given previously during the interviews.

And, as mentioned previously in the interviews, the Democrats are split over the Obama administration. More recently, the support is for the old school side.

A lot of the exposé have happened after the fact. I believe this is a purposeful source to get the word out anonymously.

Bill Daley center stage...

Daley can’t defend Obama’s ‘indefensible’ economic policies

White House Chief of Staff Bill Daley took heat from business executives Thursday for the Obama administration’s regulatory expansions. Daley also said he didn’t have any good answers for some of what President Obama is doing and expressed frustration about the “bureaucratic stuff that’s hard to defend.”

“Sometimes you can’t defend the indefensible,” Daley said at a National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) meeting.

Daley couldn’t answer basic questions and continually faced criticism from the executives in the room. The business leaders even applauded each other’s criticism of the administration. “At one point, the room erupted in applause when Massachusetts utility executive Doug Starrett, his voice shaking with emotion, accused the administration of blocking construction on one of his facilities to protect fish, saying government ‘throws sand into the gears of progress,’” wrote Peter Wallsten and Jia Lynn Yang in the Washington Post.

Americans for Limited Government Communications Director and former Labor Department Public Affairs Chief of Staff Rick Manning told The Daily Caller that Daley’s inability to defend Obama’s regulations is an indication that the administration’s plans aren’t working. Manning also points out that Daley’s meeting may have large political implications.

“Business community to William Daley, your Jedi tricks don’t work on us,” Manning said in an email. “The chickens are coming home to roost from the wholesale assault by Obama on the free enterprise system and the private job creators who make it run. The meeting itself is incredible in that it demonstrates just how vulnerable Obama feels in 2012.”

The Workforce Fairness Institute’s Fred Wszolek told The Daily Caller that Daley’s lackluster performance is even more questionable when comes to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and its campaign against the Boeing Company. The NLRB has gone after the Boeing Company for opening a new plant in South Carolina. Boeing’s new plant is an addition to its already-existing production lines in Washington state. The NLRB’s case hinges on whether Boeing made the decision to open the new plant as “retaliation” against machinist unions in Washington, even though no jobs were lost there. In fact, Boeing has added thousands of new jobs in Washington.

As a former Boeing board member before taking on his White House job, Daley voted in favor of opening the new South Carolina plant. Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham has challenged Daley to come out and defend his vote in the face of the NLRB’s case, but he hasn’t yet done so.

“Bill Daley is White House chief of staff in an administration that is accusing a company where he served on the board of violating Federal labor law,” Wszolek said in an email. “The individual who launched the complaint against the Boeing Company was appointed to the post by President Obama and is currently a nominee. Now, to top it all off, Daley states he cannot defend the ‘indefensible’ conduct of his own administration, which presumably speaks to the Boeing matter.”

Wszolek questions Daley’s ability to continue “ethically” serving the president.

“All of this leads to one question: how can Daley serve in an administration that he cannot defend and believes his actions were unethical?,” Wszolek said.

He should read this thread.

White House Insider:
Obama “Panicked” Over Re-Election Prospects

As President Obama faces an increasingly uncertain political future, our White House Insider indicates widespread re-election panic within the president’s inner-circle, hints at a "pushback" scandal against Republicans, and the intent to make the president "very uncomfortable" heading into 2012…

Author’s Note:
What follows are the unedited responses to a series of questions recently posed to a long-time Washington D.C.political insider and former member of the Obama 2008 campaign and transition team.

Question: Please give your views on the Congressional Project Gunrunner hearings. Were you satisfied with Issa’s performance?

Insider: The hearings went as well as we could have hoped. Congressman Issa, to his great credit, and to my own personal surprise, did an outstanding job. We are as confident as ever that this scandal can prove to be the catalyst for further investigations into Barack Obama and others closely associated with his administration.

I still don’t entirely trust Congressman Issa, but for now he’s earning my respect and gratitude. We cannot count on this Gunrunner thing by itself though. The political defeat of Barack Obama in 2012 remains top priority.

Not so long ago I thought the possibility of defeating Obama in 2012 to be remote at best. I no longer feel that way.

I have been sharing with you the internal polling data for some time. These internals have started to leak out to others. Pat spoke to this publicly a couple weeks back. They show the president as increasingly vulnerable across the board.

By that I mean to say, the president is losing support from the very groups that made his election in 2008 possible.

These internal polls are done regularly. If the results reflect positively for an administration, the results are given to certain media outlets and used to promote a president’s standing. For over a year the results of these internals have been shut down for the simple fact that time after time they have shown Barack Obama to be far less popular with American voters than the media has been attempting to spin.

Obama’s actual approval numbers are now hovering between 38 and 40 percent, and even lower in some of the most critical swing states. He has lost ground most significantly in recent months with seniors and union members. Without those two groups, Obama cannot win re-election, and the White House is downright panicked about it.

Question: Explain what you mean by panicked.

Insider:
Just what I said. Obama’s team is terrified of the data they are getting back from the internals. Absolutely panicked. Literally panicked.

There was a meeting among the president’s re-election team recently, Plough’s group, and the internal polling data was the main topic, and everybody was apparently expressing concern over the numbers.

The president was not at this meeting, but was soon after briefed on it. There were no real answers given on how to improve the numbers, and that set the president off. He tore into staff. This has been happening with greater and greater frequency lately. The president kept repeating, “Why isn’t it working?” I am not certain what he was referring to with that question, but he was said to have repeated the question a number of times during the briefing. Whatever “it” might be, the indication is clear.

President Obama is panicked over the now very real possibility he will be a one-term president.

Question: What about Daley and Jarrett? Are they still at war with each other over control of the West Wing?

Insider:
Bill Daley could give a shit about control over the West Wing. I believe he initially was sent to the White House to protect the party. I think at the time I called it “damage control”. That was his original mission.

That meant he was going to run head-on against Valerie Jarrett. That’s her White House. Obama is her boy. Her creation. Her monster.

Since that time though, Daley has probably come to the realization, as so many others like myself who had dealings with the Obama administration, that the harm being done by this White House goes far beyond a political party. It is infecting the fabric of the country, and the stakes are now very-very high for all of us.

When Daley, as the current Obama White House Chief of Staff came out publicly and declared there were policies initiated by the administration that were indefensible, that was just stunning.

That story is being so under-reported. The White House Chief of Staff is calling President Obama indefensible. That is exactly what that was. And has there been any retraction? No. Did the president demand clarification? No. Daley said it and Daley was left untouched.

It was an incredible power play on his part, the implications of which I don’t know at this point, but I do intend to find out.

Question: Have your read the Corsi book? Where’s the Birth Certificate?

Insider:
No.

Question: Do you intend to?

Insider:
No. Maybe. That issue is not a priority at this time.

Not that there isn’t an actual issue there to be looked into. Just the opposite. The fact is, none of us know how to approach it in such a way that gives a positive outcome. That may change in the future, but for now, we are leaving it alone.

The entire subject of the president’s past is open to a lot of speculation. Much deserved speculation. Personally, I am very suspicious now of things I recently would never have considered serious issues. I admit to that – but I also admit to not having a clue or the time or the resources to look into it. My expertise is elsewhere.

But there are people now within the party more openly asking questions about the president’s past. That was not the case before, and I am certain the White House is aware of and concerned over that fact.

It’s an aspect of all of this that could prove of useful in the future, but for we have other “targets” we are focusing in on. The work of many months is finally proving out thanks to the much needed help of others.

Question: Anything you would like us to watch out for in the coming weeks?

Insider:
There is a pushback scandal coming. Learned of it weeks ago. Appears ready to break. It will be fed to the media and used to deflect attention away from the president.

Question: Pushback scandal?

Insider:
Basically something Obama operatives have had in the can for some time now.

A “pushback” from the hits the president and his administration has been taking on Fast and Furious, the poor polling data, the Libya challenge, etc. It’s very basic politics, but it also once again proves desperation coming from this White House.

The scandal will be fed to those media figures that remain devoted to the president. It will attempt to damage the Republicans while at the same time diminish the growing dissatisfaction against Obama.

Question: Will it succeed in doing so?

Insider:
Short term, probably. Longer term, no.

Initially we were going to sit back and let it run its natural course. More recently we instead are going to assist in countering the scandal. Diminish its initial damage, and then refocus attention back onto Obama. The more uncomfortable we make him, the better, and we intend to make him very-very politically uncomfortable heading into 2012.

Question: How do you plan to refocus attention back onto Obama?

Insider:
You will know when you see it. It will be significant.
