Trying to lose weight, looking for a fun way to do it

I am to the point where I can't stand the little belly that I have and I really want to get rid of it. The problem is that I haven't found a fun and exciting way to get rid of it. Yes, I am eating better and yes I am doing some normal exercises.

I am wondering if there are any fun sexual exercises or suggestions that you can give for losing weight more excitingly.

Things like positions, activities, etc are all welcome.
 
I don't think you are going to lose much weight by having sex. You can definitely work up a sweat and get your heart pumping but you aren't going to be burning many calories. I have had sex for hours where I am soaked in sweat at the end but I never felt like it was a workout.

What about going to run on a trail with your lady and stopping for a quickie on the path? :)
 
I like the idea of working sex into the workout.

Any other ideas?
 
Sex being a workout depends, but really in the end it's just cardio.

I always walked everywhere, but I found a gym with a rock climbing wall and that is what got me to continue going to the gym and working out. It's not sex, but a harness does very nice things to a girl's butt.

Dancing or Swimming would get your body into motion...but if you're concentrating on just your stomach - targeted exercises like stomach crunches would be a start.
 
I Zumba! It is Latin dance that concentrates on core. Lots of hip movement. It's great for abs.

Pilates is as well.
 
trying to substitute sex for a workout ain't gonna work. It's a good addition to your workout but you've got to do cardio to burn fat.

You can do exercises that firm up your target areas (abs, butt, etc) but you have to do the cardio to burn the layer of fat that sits on top of your muscles. otherwise no one will be able to see how firm the muscles are.

I love the idea of working "quickee's" into a workout - I've done it myself as well and it brings a great element of excitement into any workout. In fact, it's been a motivation for me to actually do a workout on days when I didn't feel like getting up to do it.

Ultimately it boils down to regular exercise that burns fat and eating healthy (with the OCCASIONAL guilty pleasure treat). Sex does burn some calories, but not enough to substitute for actual exercise. Just do things that you enjoy - for me it's volleyball.
 
Do you have an SO? If so, maybe you could create a game with him/her whereby you "earn" sexual favors for various exercises you do. Maybe running 5 miles would be a lot more exciting for you if you know at the end of it you get to have shower sex.

That's not a bad idea!
 
Or if you want to make it more equal you can agree on fitness goals for both of you and then whoever is the first to reach the goal gets to have the other person as a sex slave for a weekend. I'm just spitballing here, you can come up with lots of variations.

Targeted exercise don't burn fat. You have to do sustained cardio. FYI.

Try Zumba.
Then show him some moves you leared in class, he will respond.

Wow, if I had shower sex after my 5-mile runs, it would definitely improve my run time!

For me, running, Zumba, spin classes, circuit training & cardio kick keep me going.
 
There's a moment during my 30 minute daily cardio session, that comes about minute 20 or so, that feels strangely sexual. Like I'm using my body so intensely that the burn feels like it's going to consume me. I also lift weights, and the glute machines also make me feel kind of sexual, because 1) I feel powerful lifting all that weight, and 2) it makes me squeeze my whole pelvic region which feels sexy.

I also reward myself a lot by buying clothes that make me feel sexy, tying that in the progress I make at the gym.
