Rubber and Pain

I am trying to write a rubber doll story for a friend (may post it on Lit once it's done and he likes it).

Unknown territory for me as I know virtually nothing about rubber.

If you are caned/cropped through rubber can you feel it? Does it actually hurt?

How does the crop/cane work against rubber? Does it bounce off at all?
Do you have to use an implement differently to stop that effect?
Is there any ricochet pain reaction in your wrist from using an implement on rubber?
Can you leave marks on skin through rubber?
If you slap someone wearing a gimp mask can they feel it? Does it sound louder in their ears than a slap without the mask?

Being hit with something rubber, I think it depends on the stiffness of the rubber. A very stiff rubber hose will leave marks and hurts a lot more than a more porous material. I've never slapped someone who was wearing rubber though. Netzach?

Rosco has talked about the properties of rubber on skin before. He might know what it's like visually.

Maybe a thinner material (opaque plastic, or starched cloth) on some parts of the suit.

We're not talking about industrial rubber, we're talking about .02 .03 latex sheeting.

Yes. Yes. You can also feel being licked through it, being diddled through it, you can tell the difference between lubed and unlubed parts sliding against you. It's like a magnifier.

No more no less than it bounces off your ass normally.

No.

No.

Generally yes, though they may be a little more diffused. You also can't go too crazy or you'll tear the rubber - in fantasyland less problematic.

Yes, yes. Rubber hoods rustle over your ears and create a kind of sound hollow.

Since it is fiction you might consider the pants to built like a pair of chaps. Just a belt around the waist with straps/rubber coming up over the lateral hips and attaching to the belt. The top could have cut outs for the breasts.

So you can imagine with chaps and cut outs for the breasts all the tender bits are exposed and available to be used.

Alternatively there could be patches that snap over the tender bits that can be removed for use then reattached for that feeling of being fully encased.

Thanks justascoundrel, the friend I am writing for has an extreme rubber fetish, he would not get the same rise out of chaps as he would a rubber suit and gimp mask. Will keep chaps in mind for any other stories I may write though.

I usually write from the female sub perspective. Not written a story for a male sub before, interesting head space.

I didn't for one moment think it was for him, I just meant you could have an awful lot of fun doing research and if you took photos, you would control him forever.
