Yep, whole family sat and watched. I'm not convinced by Steven Moffat's comment that Neil is the best fantasy writer in the world or whatever it was he said in the confidential, but it was an interesting epi.

I follow both those guys on twitter, they say some very funny things sometimes.

OK, this could degenerate into a Dr Who rave thread if I hang around, and hubby is calling impatiently from the bedroom.

Have a great evening, folks!

Lets see 80 subtract 28, subtract age when able to do splits...can still touch head board with toes, assuming face up add factorial, integrate area below curve....= 46yrs old

My, my, thank you Elfie boy. Wish it was 46 years. Slightly more than that. Could actually still do the splits until about 3 years ago. Just wasn't pretty trying to stand afterwards, but technically, could do them.

Oh, and yes, the bedhead touching is done face up....not that flexible as to do an almost complete 360o with the spine. Damn, aching just writing that.

Just received my new leather corset, so hoping that will give a little more support to the spine...never know, might be able to do the touching whilst on my stomach yet.. Anyone who misbehaves shall get a photo of me in it as punishment....laughs.

Ms Moon ,

Well if you had put on all those lotions and oils I reckon half the day would of gone. I suppose getting up at the crack of dawn would of been totally out as well. One thing I will say for being in the country, the city is quieter. Then you keep listening for every new sound. The funniest advice I ever saw was in a pamphlet for people going camping in one of the Canadian national parks. The pamphlet went to calming say.."if you get up in the morning and see bear prints near your campsite you should determine what type of bear it is". It then goes on to show you the two most typical bear prints. If I found bear prints outside my tent, the last fucking thing I would be doing is hanging around to compare them with the documentation.

You staying in a 4 1/2 star hotel with no air con? You sure they just didn't paint on the stars themselves? Then again if it was way up north I can understand, those room air cons are useless.

I perfer ice cubes either on a woman's nipple or in a glass with a single malt scotch. Mind you combining all three together isn't bad either

To use the hoary old chestnut....depends how willing Dawn is....groans...yes I know. Bad joke.

Good heavens, I am in agreeance with you. Look it takes enough to make me camp in the wilds of Queensland, where the most is a pervy heavy breather (bad, if not amusing incidence in Canberra one year) ....snakes and crocs aside, so not going to be comparing bear prints in Canada. Besides, sure the folks at the Hilton, Sheraton et al, will deal with the bears for me.

The room in question that had no airconditioning was a fab hotel in Wellington, New Zealand. Everything was so great there, but bizarrely, no air conditioning. I could understand in a B&B or like, but this was a 4.5 star hotel. Odd.

Mmm ice on nipples....very nice. But do hope you are not limited in your geographic preferences there. I have a bent for ice in shall we say, less open spaces?:devil:

LOL! Reckon this forum could use a Doctor Who appreciation thread somewhere? :D Might have to start one...

Hope your night was a good one, Curious!

So what're you all up to today? If the rain stays off, I want to get stuck into bringing life back into our vege bed; plus, I'm going to put some more words down for the short story I'm working on for Lit.

I've been a Dr Who fan for many years. William Hartnell was the Doctor when I first started watching it. Thats was a long time ago, lol

Last nights episode was a great one, I wasn't convinced that Matt Smith was right for the part. But he's growing on me, and bow ties are cool:D

Oh yes, bow ties are cool, as are fez's and stetson's!

We were so delighted when the ABC went back and showed all the old Dr Who series prior to the commencment of the 'new' series back in 2005 or whenever it was. There's a lot of Dr Who in this house.

FelMarch, if there isn't one, there should be! I mean, god, David ******t seriously pushed my buttons! And yes, I did have a good evening;)

Isn't it annoying when you read all the "Actor X Cast As Next Doctor" reports and think, "X? How the heck can he play the Doctor?"

But then you watch the first episode or two and you realise that no, he can't play the previous actor's Doctor with whom you fell in love (Come back, Chris! Come back, David!), but he's playing his own Doctor instead, and that Doctor is pretty fucking awesome!

I think Matt Smith had me in one of three places:

(1) The big custardy grin.
(2) "'Course not! Box falls out of sky, man falls out of box, man eats fish custard, you're not scared at all! You know what that tells me? That must be one scary crack in your wall..."
(3) "Hello. I'm the Doctor. Bascially: Run."

Damn it, we HAVE to start another thread on this somewhere...

Gimme a sec.

Okay: here we go!

It's finally raining. About time - my tanks were down to 1/4.
Once again, I am up horribly early.
There was a reason tho - I woke up with about 30 little brown frogs squeaking on my bedroom carpet!
And now I'm awake and can't go back to sleep.

I remember an old bush place i & several mates were staying in being invaded by all kinds of little creatures just befor massive storms hit causing local flooding & one guy ended up with some miniture frogs squished between his toes.

Maybe you can copy BANDIT:heart: with an afternoon Nanna nap.

BANDIT's:heart: daughter arrived safe & sound yesterday afternoon with the 2 girls catching up plus planning some maternity shopping to be done.

The leg is not so good still. Damn feeling like I'm 80 instead of $%....ah, like I'd tell it here. I have an appointment with a specialist next Monday, so will see what he has to say. I do think it will be an operation to clean it all out, worse case (though at least for the first time in over 28 years or so, I should be able to walk, run and do the splits again..) I am thinking a knee replacement op. But, as I said, we shall see what he says first.

Good thing is that I do maintain a little flexibility Can still touch the headboard behind me with my toes.... Oh, so shouldn't say that, but couldn't resist. Not ladylike in the least to say such crass things.

It's a gorgeous Autumn day here, Sun, not too cold. This is the when I almost can live in Brisbane. Sighs....but summer will be sweating over us again before long.

Hope the cold is getting better that you and Bandit have been suffering from. Just got over a chest infection from sinus. Good heavens, if it's not one it's the other.

Hello John, ltns. Enjoying the weather are you?

Take care and keep warm E/everyone.

Cold has altered status to flu :( so feeling rather crap but heading to the Doctors as soon as they open.

I'm sure with some assistance we could get your legs in the position you mentioned :D:devil:
A former playmate could lock her ankles behind her head but needed help getting out, sadly for her I took my own sweet time releasing her once I had my fun teasing her G spot for ages till she was begging for no more orgasms HeHeHe I think the divinyls song Pleasure & Pain could of been the theme that day ......"It's a fine, fine line between pleasure & pain"!

I understand critters coming in before the rain, but my place is well sealed.
The only thing I can think of is that they've come up thro the ensuite drain - but the holes in the grate are tiny!

Good to hear the kidlet arrived safe :)
How does Bandit feel about becoming a grandmommy?

That's my wife's policy with her kids! We still got lumbered with one granddaughter last week when her mum had to make an emergency trip to hospital. Worked out better than we thought, although we were finding things all over the place afterward!

Thanks guys. I'm glad I found out before I'd posted too far and wide. I'll have to try and remember where I've been now.

Hope you left breadcrumbs!
seriously, from your own profile page you can get a list of all the threads you've posted in. Not the ones you've enjoyed guilty pleasures in just reading and viewing mind, just the posted threads ;)

good to see a new face...
