Yeah, well that 'thick waist' is just cushioning, IMO. It wasn't just her face that kept her well stocked with husbands.

Yep, rumor was she was well nigh insatiable...only Richard Burton could satisfy her and that's when they both were drunk. How the hell a dweeb like Eddie Fisher ever got a piece of her ass is beyond me. She was a good housekeeper too...every time she was divorced, she kept the house. She was the only woman in Hollywood with a Wash and Wear wedding gown.

I like her image at 24 a lot better than at 44, but she was never a woman you could ignore.

Her waist is thick because the photographers hadn't yet developed the tricks that make any woman's waist look narrower in photographs. Seems to me there were ten years of Playboy centerfolds before narrow waists were common in nudes.
