Sioux Falls? Not alot of black people there last time I was through there, so what group is being "profiled" here? Hispanics? How is "thug" dress Hispanic? I thought it had black origins, not Hispanic. Its a youth style, that is ugly yes. Its not a race. The Mexican guys with the cowboy hats and Norteno style aren't being singled out, the normal looking blue collar day workers and gardners? No. Hispanics who dress in any other way? No. Conversely, whites with the "thug" look are not being allowed in. So, um, what is the racial issue here???

Oh, and some clubs in Southern California where the majority of customers and surrounding community are Hispanic have gang attire rules too.
