Just a query...

When writing non-consent based stories, do you suppose it would be feasible to have the ''victim" gradually grow to feel some affection for the foe? Or if not affection, at least not outright hate?

Especially if the whole scenario in question revolved around her pleasure rather than pain. At this point in my story it could go either way. But I want to write whatever happens in a believable way.

So, what do you think? If the (I hesitate to say the actual "R" word) event wasn't at all brutal but she still was rather forced into it, is there any coming back from that?

I'd originally planned to write the two characters as disliking each other throughout the tale; but lo and behold one character isn't cooperating with me. It's still rather early in their relationship so it would be easy to start mending what has been broken - I'm just a little unsure how to actually go about it.

Thank you in advance for any thoughts.

Hi, Gina. It's not only feasible, it's recommended. In most of the stories I have written that have an element of non-consent, it's a matter of extortion or sexual harassment at work or school, and the victim enjoys the sex. Sometimes she (usually) wants more of the same or other varieties.

If you write a story of a violent forcible rape, it might not even be accepted.

Unless you're posting it in Erotic Horror, then it might pass scrutiny. But the Non-Con/Reluct readers really don't like genuine, brutal rape. It probably ought to be renamed Reluctance/Ravishment but that's a stretch. :D

Here is a a thread on the Fetish & Sexuality Central Board

Has anyone been raped.......and loved it

Several women have posted. You should get ideas of how they feel.

I have written several such tales. The "victim" actually admits to liking what is being done to them and comes to have good feeling or already had good feelings toward their "abuser".
