In the 60's, people took acid to make the world weird.
Now the world is weird and people take Prozac to make it normal.

Why does a slight tax increase cost you $200.00, and a substantial tax cut saves you $30.00?

Life is sexually transmitted.

I'm 2nd year International studies, majoring in Japanese. Moved from a large farm, so decision was between Canberra University and Melbourne Uni. Picked Melbourne purely to experience life outside a small town and make the trips in for the parents just that tad longer.

lol

Are you enjoying the city life?
And do you think your parents will visit?

Yes Canberra is kind of like a small town compared to Melbourne.

Hi All!

Phew - I made it through the week. And what a crappy week indeed! I worked about 70 hours this week, plus handed in a uni essay today (I'm not expecting a good mark). Then I got my results for my last unit - a credit (my first one, I've had a high
distinction, and 7 distinctions) :( 67%. My grades are going down as my work load is increasing. Plus it wasn't a unit I really enjoyed, so I guess it showed. Oh well, it's more than enough to pass.
I also have been officially diagnosed with PCOS. I had my ultrasound on Wednesday, and I've had blood tests every day this week - more tomorrow. I look like a junkie!
To top it off, one of my best friend's Dad has been diagnosed with cancer. She's so upset and living in England at the moment. It puts everything into perspective. While I may grumble now and then, life is still bloody great. :D

The good news is that I move in two weeks and I get my bonus in my account tomorrow (so I can afford to hire removal guys!).

I'm hoasting a Hen's night tomorrow...have my little black dress (the theme) and feather boa (we bought one for everyone). Looking forward to a Champers and a laugh.

I hope everyone has a great weekend.

BANDIT:heart: & I are doing well although still lots of boxes still waiting to be unpacked, they can wait as we have what we need so it will be a long slow process with the rest of the stuff.

Have had problems with the dialysis machine as they didn't return the one we had & this one is giving us grief with problems & we have to wait till monday for them to come fix it.

As for the weather it is Sat morning & I had a big weekend attending a Vintage Speedway mobile run day today but it's washed out & fingers crossed I get to a Speedway Kart race tomorrow if the weather don't ruin those plans too but it is fairly mild.
