Well, well, well, what did we have this year? Fire engine red, silver and ulta-light pastels were the favored colors. Style-wise most gowns were either form fitting to outline the curves or draped and ruffled to look very airy. Also popular, sparkles and "peek-aboo" windows of sheer material.

The winner for me. Hailee Stienfeld's pale pink gown. She looks like she's going to a 50's prom. Kinda cool actually.

For the most part I enjoyed the dresses this year. My favorite was Mandy Moore's gown. I wish I had that dress! My worst dress was Cate Blanchett. I am sorry, normally I like what she wears, but here she looked like an over stuffed Easter egg. Seems like most critics loved it, but at least one critic agreed with me: Joan Rivers lol. If I did have to pick my 2nd fav and 2nd worse, it be Hailee Stinefield's dress (I can't believe she helped design that dress! The girl has talent!) and Amy Adam's dress (what in the world was she thinking having that dress with that neckless?!).
