"Daddy", I Whispered's yearly sales figures are as follows:

2006: 321,000 (story came out part way thru the year)
2007: 407,000
2008: 411,000
2009: 463,000
2010: 516,000

"Ohhh Mommy"'s yearly sales figures are as follows:

2006: 99,000 (story came out very late in the year)
2007: 554,000
2008: 715,000
2009: 821,000
2010: 807,000

FYI "Daddy" had 27,263 votes and "Mommy" had 15,638 at the end of 2010.

Comments? 738 for "Daddy" and 389 for "Mommy".

"Daddy" stilll generates 2+ emails a week and "Mommy" 1+ five years later.

So while "Mommy" has more reads "Daddy" gets more feedback.

Actually, being the colorful writer that I am Tx, I've always liked Monopoly money, as well as the game. The money is very colorful.

Early in my career, I once worked for General Mills. They owned Parker Brothers at a time and the employees were able to buy toys and games at Christmas time that were deeply discounted. I bought a special edition Monopoly that was in a leather case with gold pieces and wooden houses and hotels, instead of plastic.

Well we seem to have a small problem here Mr DeForest. Or would you prefer I address you as Willy? Or maybe Billy?

You see dear sir we seem to have a problem identifying the real author of the piece in question. It came out under your name but then little ralphie claimed he wrote it. And just yesterday Mr. Scouries, the one and only, received an email from his old friend BOSTONFICTIONWRITER . And guess what he told jim?

Yes, you guessed right – he told us he wrote “I Love You Mommy” or at least 90% of it. That was before his computer was stolen. A computer that had over 1000 BFW stories in various stages of readiness.

And yes many of these stories have shown up on LITEROTICA under a number of different names – ralphie, susieQ, willly, etc., etc. – over the last two years. You of course can always tell the parts freddie wrote (they’re brilliant) and the parts the criminals had to finish themselves (pure garbage!). You've turned his wonderful living stories into deadwood.

So, unfortunately, for the time being, you will not be given membership in the 1000+ vote club. Ultimately I suspect the Board of Governors of the club, if they can clear up the provenance of the story, will offer membership to the one and only BOSTONFICTIONWRITER and not to the second rate story stealers who’ve been inundating this wonderful site with fake freddies .
