I just recently found out this info. I have had beers with him before I knew.

I've verified it. Megan's Law is pretty definitive. Punched up his name, it came up with his address and had his picture with charges. I have met with him socially and competitively. I know it's him. I have never talked to him about it.

I know that if I used it, he would retaliate. So, I want to compete on a level that I am better than him for other reasons. I think using this would escalate it to a level that I'm not willing to go.
