I can sleep now yes?...Oh wait...

As long as you can fully make your case, you might be able to swing that. Or you could think of it as a persuasive essay, and just pick a side and support it completely. You don't necessarily have to agree with it in order to make a case and present evidence for it.

But. In the psychology field maybe you do?

I'm a little to far in to my happy place at the moment to think that through properly...

Thanks, here after this I'm calling it good lol, drunk posting is only good when the letters don't look like sanskrit...

Since one of the cry's of the woman's movement has been equal pay for equal work you might look at the what the difference was in 1960 and what it is today.

Then look at why women make less money then men. Think how many female plumbers or electricians there are and how they are represented in those trades as opposed to their representation within the general population.

As Ami alluded to look and see what most majors woman seek vs. what men select and the pay difference.

Maternity leave may be another factor. Two workers both work for the same co. for 5 years. Female has taken 2 6mo. maternity leaves and the male has not. When a promotion comes up who gets promoted? The one with 5 years experience or only 4 years.

Just my thoughts. Hope it helps.
