... how the hell can they compete on an equal basis in combat?
They have separate shooting events in the Olympics for women. I never personally understood this, but they do.
So, if they can't even shoot as well as men on average to the point where they have to have separate shooting competitions, how can they compete when their lives are on the line in combat, which involves far more than just shooting?
I'm sorry, maybe I'm missing something here. I'm certainly no expert on these subjects so please excuse my ignorance if I'm missing something. Maybe someone can explain why there are separate shooting competitions for men and women but they should be fighting against each other in actual combat situations.
I would honestly like to know, please don't just call me ignorant since I haven't been in a war and have only gone target shooting a few dozen times in my life. It just seems like a valid question to ask.
