For those of you that epublish, where do you find them? Are they copyrighted and you are paying for the rights? Or are you finding 'free' stock? Any particular sites that you go to find them?

Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction!

There are a lot of sites that offer free stock pictures.

If you own a license to MS Office, you can use their clipart library any way you wish.

I've seen www.flickr.com recommended because you can go to the advanced search where there are options to filter for images that have the creative commons license, as well as narrowing it down to images you can use for commercial ventures or modify.

E-publishers use for-pay photosites like 123 Royalty Free or Dreamstime. (You'll have to google for URLs, as this Web site won't permit posting of them.)

Personally- I know a lot of photographers thanks to my job, and have access to tons of images I can pay usage fees on and use however I see fit. I like using genuine photographic art versus stock because I know there aren't going to be 40million people using that exact same image for something. PM me if you'd like, tell me what kind of image you're looking for, and I may be able to recommend some people.

That's great. Wish there was a source like Dreamstime devoted to erotica art. It gets hard to find good images on the mainstream photo sites.

You can feel free to PM me as well. I can give you five names, off the top of my head, that focus on artistic nude, erotic nudes, bondage/fetish, g/g images, couple images, and male nudes and m/m images.

Thanks. I'll note that to my publishers.

There're PLENTY of photographers (myself among them) who'd be willing to work out extremely reasonable deals for something like this, even to the point of shooting something custom, largely because we believe in collaborating with others. :)

Thanks. Including MM poses of two or more? Those are almost impossible to find on mainstream photo sites.

At some point my BarbarianSpy publisher will be looking for a new illustrator for it's Web site (which includes a collection of illustrations that go with my books/stories and another author's there). We think the illustrator we had has been rolled up by the Turkish police.

I don't use MM, I use Model Insider & a few others. I've had REALLY good luck finding artists willing to collaborate on projects at DeviantArt, tho.
For instance, I plan to use this as the cover if I ever finish the novel this Literotica story is part of:

That's a collaboration between me & a fantastic digital artist named Miguel Tinizary, my photo & concept + his digital skills. He does a lot of collaborative work with others. :)

There're groups on DA JUST for artists of various ilks looking to work with one another, including those looking to work with authors.

Ummm. My MM meant male-on-male. ;)

Oh DUR lol, sorry, Fallingtofly & I met one another IRL thru a photography networking site that's commonly abbreviated as "MM" so I missed your point.
I've shot SOLO male, I haven't gotten to shoot any M/M yet but I have some concepts for it. I know others who do shoot it & places to look for it.
If you dig around you can find all sorts of things. :D

Hmmm...still here. Oh my.

I think it's great it's still here--right through the Sunday, the day after Christmas, when forum cleanup is surely high on manu's list.

And I think it will be great if it stays forever.

You've got this wounded-animal-licking-its-wounds thing hard, don't you? :D

And you still haven't a clue. :(
