more like complete stuffup agency
first they tell me i have to pay my ex for a child who isn't in his care, then they tell me i now have to pay for the son who is now in my care!
oh, and apparently i have a debt to repay as well, even tho the ex was the one who was supposed to be paying me for the last couple of years (apparently due to me being overpaid by him.... even tho he hasn't actually paid me anything anyway!)

go figure.

oh - and the office of the CSA is shut for the xmas/new year break, so i can't get it sorted till next year.

Oh the joys of dealing we the EX I had so much of it with my daughters care, yes I was getting my wage tampered with by CSA even though I took my daughter into the CSA office with me to show that I was the carer & had been for over 3 months after picking my daughter up for her weekend visit with me, when I took her home the house was empty & I mean empty!
This was only one of many problems I had with the EX over the years.

Now it is my daughter who is going through it with her EX the father of my grandkids.

BANDIT has her own stories as well.

A very MERRY CHRISTMAS to all on the Aussie thread !!!!!

My christmas day will be spent on dialysis but had a wonderful Christmas lunch & dinner with my mum, unfortunately my daughter & grandkids were again a no show again blaming the car ( a late model 4 wheel drive) over the time BANDIT& I have been together the Christmas trip to my mum's has seen it break down on the motor way, can't get it stated (today) or simply just don't show up at all.
NOT even a phone call to her gran to say sorry.T told my mum to take all the presents for the kids up to the childrens hospital.

my day was absolutely lovely... ham done with a bourbon glaze, turkey done with a cranberry glaze, barley and cilantro salad, a green salad, a chocolate xmas cake (not that i had any - i don't eat any sweets) and [most] of the family here

i even got active and played cricket with the boys!
although i do believe they should be a little gentler with the bowling when their mum's playing!

today will be spent doing some moving of furniture etc, so that we can get the littlest kidley bean's room sorted out.
he's been here for a couple of weeks, but his room still has packing boxes in it (was used as a storage room) and we need to get it sorted before HIM leaves to go back to darwin, as i can't lift anything over 5kg for the next few weeks.
besides, the kidley needs somewhere to put his new tv he got for christmas

Thanks WQ & this isn't the first year my daughter has done this to us either so it has cut deep with me.
I didn't see lamb anywhere on the menu, i though lamb was meant to be on the table for Christmas.

It's not the underarm incident (we got over that ummmm ... years ago). It's that little brother/big brother thing; we kinda like it when the big brother gets some of his own back after he's beaten us up so many times and sometimes refused to play with us cos we are too little (or made up new rules - eg underarm bowling - just when we thought we had it sussed).

(Just quietly, Ponting is one of the most admired cricketers in NZ)

Underarm was in the rule book when it was used, not our fault Kiwi team didn't read the rule book.

Ahem.... sure, it wasn't disallowed in the Laws of Cricket - (which is slightly different from being IN the rules). The fact that very few had used underarm bowling (outside beach/backyard or under 8's cricket) for about 60 years was taken to mean it "just isn't be cricket" to do so. Fortunately, lots of other things don't need to be in the Laws of Cricket to be "not cricket" .... eg firing squads for a team bowled out for fewer than 100 on day one of the Boxing Day test .

But in "the incident" , the ball was ROLLED, which has always been an illegal delivery (and is a "no ball") but the umpire did not know that rule - Chappell should have been required to re-deliver in the same fashion with a single bounce (with a predictable result).

Anyway, I'm about to tune in to Day 2 of the Ashes.

It's happened before, I think she needs a new excuse this one is wearing thin
We haven't seen her or the kids since last Christmas when Gil's mum ended up in hospital after an accident on Christmas Day.

She's all promises "oh I must come down and see you more often" but it never happens
